when I talked to the workers and did a clame the mangaer send me email that we are not responssable for any damage in plate number and frame or other accessories.

Went to get my Subaru detailed, and it was a really great price!! Everything was very clean and smelled amazing. It was about several hours (10-2ish), but my car was very clean and spotless. Service was amazing! I didn’t wait there, but there was a waiting area with chairs and some vending machines if you wanted to wait. It was $211 total. So while headed off to Ranch and home to deliver toys for tots, i passed autobahn Auto Car and thought, man, i need to stop in, and I’m glad i did because they did a fabulous job!! It was the best $9.00 i spent this holiday season, i also gave them some peanut brittle that i love to make for this holiday season. They were so appreciative. I really love that about people. Thank you Hobbs for coming out to help us. He explained to us that if we decided to go with the monthly unlimited car wash that all we would have to do is pull up to the gate to which it would read our plates and then the gate will open. How nice is that! I don’t know about you but i love driving a nice clean car it does make my day better. So to know that anytime I’m in town now i can pull up and get my car washed and it will fill like free 😁! I’m sorry i didn’t catch her name but she helps me pull my car forward everytime don’t worry next time i will get her name. So then to go thru the wash and then to have it dried by Carlos is great. Oh, i wanted to mention it looked like Carlos broke his leg or has some sort of fraction because he had a leg brace on, and good for him to still be out there yet working! We need more people like him in this world what an inspiration he is! (I pray he gets better 🙏🏻) I just love this place! So i read another review here and it said they have free vacuuming for 5 min. I never knew that, so maybe they should advertise that as well. I’m not sure how well they work but I will definitely try it out on my next visit and get back to you. Great car wash experience. We got both interior and exterior services. Interior was handled with meticulous care… wipe down surfaces with conditioner, clean inside windows, vacuumed, and choice of car freshener (really like the “new car” scent). The exterior was hand-dried, tire shine applied, wheels wiped, and bug residue removed. Top notch, quality service, and great value.
Not a good experience. Took our factory mats out of our car and lost them. We didn’t notice right away because we have rubber mats over them. I called them with no response until I called the corporate office. Still no resolution. BEWARE!
I am going to Mister Car Wash somewhat regularly. A couple of times when my car was washed, they forgot to clean some parts of it. I hope they improve. I suggest you try Mister Car Wash – also to see their service for yourself.
They do a horrible job on cleaning the inside. Do it yourself and save some money. Even if you tip it’s still horrible. I will do it myself and save some money and it’ll be done right.
The 30$ a month unlimited exterior however is worth it.
Getting in and out of this location is downright dangerous. Cars going in and out act entitled. It creates a mess at the light. What’s worse is the workers darting across the street instead of using the cross walk 50 feet away. I’ve watched multiple workers almost get hit because of their laziness while at the stop light. Ownership knows too and they don’t care. Shameful.
