Was definitely waste of money. I had purchased the most expensive single car wash. After purchase the car wash, you have to pull forward then a flag arm will come down. When it’s your turn it will go up. Once you enter the car wash you are to put your car in natural and let go of the break. Your car will move on its own through the car wash. After the car wash was over, my car had spots all over it. I wasn’t impressed with the car wash. I didn’t use the vacuum.By Janet Thomas (a year ago)Truck looks great BUT the driveway is NOT MADE for an extended cab truck with 8 foot bed. With the longer wheel base, I had to inch my way back & forth, around the yellow safety pole with only about 2″ to spare & running up on the curb to make the turn! And this was the outside lane! Paid for the $24 wash works. The manned pre-wash spray & the soft cloth mop heads really got the whole truck clean, even the wheels (which usually are not clean when using a touchless car wash.
Wish the driveway turn was more negotiable!

The system the use to pull you along is a little weird and confusing at first if you haven’t done it before. The belts pull you along all the way through the wash so you would assume they could time it right to dry your car totally but that was not true. My car had some visible dirt on it and I was expecting to finish up washing off the bottom of the car body (skirt) myself later on. Car came out pretty shiny overall with some dirt stains left over. But my car had scratches on the upper part of the body. At first I thought it’s just the residue and ill be ale to wipe it off, but when I tried to do it later it was in the clear coat. Never taking my car to this place again. I was okay with having some dirt left over on the skirt but this place damaged my paint. Everyone likes accent and so do I. But they never called back. This was my second time with above da rim and once again I got same day service! And they did an amazing job. The gentlemen were so nice and did a wonderful job! I got my oil changed and my headlights restored. I needed both done badly. They operate on a first come first serve basis. I will absolutely return when I need anything done. They gave me a free car wash after servicing my vehicle. I had never had that sort of car wash before. You put your car in neutral and the track pulls you through. Lots of bright colored lights. Honestly, it was kind of magical. 10/10 awesome place.
I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!! I brought my car in for headlight restorations and I literally saved hundreds of dollars!! To replace one headlight was over $500 per headlight and these guys were able to do it for much cheaper!!! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I highly recommend this company! Today I received excellent above & beyond service from three kind helpful oil change techs! No only did they top off all my fluids. They assisted in taking photos of an oil leak they found under my vehicle. They were very thorough. They obviously take pride in their work & care very much about the customer! Thanks again to these gentlemen!
In my opinion, they went downhill since they made it fully automated. They should’ve kept the employees at the end of the wash to wipe down your car. At least you knew your door jams and wheels would be clean and you wouldn’t drive down the road 5 min later with water streaks streaming down your car.

I think I remember that happening, I’m not really sure, something about an overreaction to a virus slightly stronger than the flu. I think remember the media trumping that whole pandemic thing up.
I do know that you used to have a line almost into the street and now when I pass by, I really don’t notice the line of cars or your car wash but I gave it the benefit of the doubt to stop by and try it out again.
I’m not bashing your company by any means, I am simply stating that it’s not like it used to be, you know, just like the pandemic that’s also in the past. I’ve stopped at, and have seen, other car washes in my travels that have an abundance of employees and it doesn’t seem like they’re really having complications staffing their establishments.
Just to clarify, I myself own 3 companies, 2 of them being staffing firms, I would be more than happy to sit down with you to discuss the opportunity of staffing your establishment if you would like? I have a meeting back in Harrisburg, Tuesday, April 18th, 2023, at 1000, but anytime after that I am free.
