I like this car wash. Helpful staff and new vacuums. Only con is if you have a large vehicle the entryway curbs are very tight; and you will hop a couple of curbs if you don’t take your turn very wide up to the payments stalls.By Dakota (5 months ago)I will be back for the monthly membership simply because of my last experience. I’ve been here a couple times but I prefer the full service car wash. My go to closed so I ended up back here. I debated purchasing the monthly membership but decided to wait and see how it went. Just to note… I have a 15 year old learning to drive who seems to enjoy finding all of the mud he can. With all of the rain lately there isn’t a lack of mud..
I knew I would need to go for the ultimate and then put some work into making sure it was all off with towels after the wash. Which I was in the middle of doing when the manager walked over and told me to just go back through to see if they could get it all of. For context, it’s FRIDAY and insanely busy.
That was amazing customer service. I would have more than likely gone somewhere else next time and paid a bit more so I could guarantee it was clean with mud loving teenagers behind the wheel.

Plus, the vacuuming, wipe down cloths, and window glass spray bottles are always working/available. However, the biggest thing that makes this car wash location different is it’s employees. One employee in particular is outstanding. His name is Britt and he helped me out today with a minor issue. He listened carefully, was able to address the issue, and thanked me for my business! I have also interacted with a couple of other employees in the past…and, I have always come away impressed with their courteous approach to answering my questions. My complements to the Fins HR manager who is the hiring “decision maker” for this location. My rating of three is based on the purely on the poor vacuum suction. I left without finishing my car cleaning because the vacuums were functioning so poorly. This company is amazing! They have an awesome unlimited program – where you can go however many times you want throughout the week or month to get your car washed. The sign up is super easy and takes less than 5 mins. I always leave with a shiny, super cleaned car and the self vacuum service is a huge plus for me! For me to have paid extra to get the deluxe interior service, I don’t understand why some of the easiest parts in my car was not wiped down. There was four people cleaning the inside of my vehicle and not one person wiped down the center console. Wish I could post a picture of the dust that is still in my car that I now have to go have somebody else to detail it properly. $30.00 was spent to have my small suv cleaned. First and last time
You can’t go wrong by using Cedar Pete’s. I’m not sure which is better; the car wash or the customer service. This is the most thorough drive through wash I’ve ever been to. Calling it a drive through wash really doesn’t even do it justice. The team takes a few minutes to thoroughly scrub down your vehicle, paying extra attention to visibly dirty spots, before you even hit the washers. [This is nothing like those chain businesses who give your grill a quick bug scrub] After the wash, they towel dry your vehicle before the owner gives you a big wave and smile. I can’t remember his name, but it wasn’t Cedar Pete or Pete, but he’s super friendly and his staff all seem to be very happy working there. Everyone I’ve spoken to there has had a smile on their face and been very helpful.
Paid for the Full Service Detailing that was overall fine, but unfortunately they overlooked 2 large muddy paw prints on the side of the back seat which was half the reason I needed the car washed. That seemed hard to overlook. Otherwise, the vacuuming service was great for pet hair and the service was speedy.
New to Greenville SC. Wanted to find a great place to wash, clean and detail car. Read many reviews and Cedar Pete’s seemed above the crowd.
Went and asked about their process and was introduced to owner (Bobby). Very impressive operation. Starts with hand wash of car, tires, wheels then high quality products and machine wash/wax.
The dry and detail crew after were equally awesome. We waited in their warm lobby and then left in a super clean and fresh smelling car.
So we are now members and will enjoy being able to stop for cleaning anytime adding on the interior clean when necessary. One more great local business to support and happy our SUV will be spotless and well taken care of.
