I’ve been coming here for some time when it was Carolina Car Wash. I’ve had a monthly subscription for over a year now. I definitely don’t go as much as I should lol.
They use to have cleaner for inside of your car but apparently it was just leftover for Carolina car wash. They only offer towels and cleaner for the windows. Free vacuums and a mat cleaner are two more services that are free.
Lately, when I go through the air dryer at the end of the car wash, I always hear popping noises from my car. That can’t be good! The dryer itself is a joke because my car is still wet and dripping water in several places. Prior to that though, the attendant who’s supposed to pre scrub/rinse the car almost never do a good job as it’s basic. I had a better experience at another car wash. This is probably why I still have dirty and grime on my front bumper/grill.
There are more on the expensive side and I think I will be canceling my membership soon. The basic wash and dry is $10. Wheels & Wax with triple foam, tire shine, and Z wax is $15. The Works & Wow includes liquid gloss, clear protect, and rain repellent for $20. If you want to try an unlimited plan, it’s only $15 to start off!

Many vacuums have weak suction. Towels to clean cars are nice, but frequently moist/not dry. Rare that both lanes/gates are open and working – this leads to customers often blocking the one open lane for several minutes when no one is available to assist them. After visiting other tunnel washes in the greater GSO area over past 2 years, I’ve learned ONLY Carolina Car Wash has real teammates who care and make a REAL effort to keep the facility CLEAN, vacuums CLEAR of debris (i.e. food wrappers, junk food, tangled weave scraps, spare parts and so much more), AND provide rags, glass cleaner and leather & plastic cleaner all built into the cost of the wash. Everywhere else, you are “on your own” and minor extras are at an upcharge. The monthly wash package can’t be beat. Bravo! Here’s to many more years of continued success…

I have been a subscription customer since the renovation. The cost for my monthly subscription is less than the rest of the car washes in the area. The car wash also keeps my car cleaner than the other ones in the area that I’ve gone to. The owner is wonderful and all of their staff are very helpful. I work at a carwash in my college town and know this is just wrong with how they prepped my car to go in. The sent it thru without actually brushing my windshield. They just lightly wiped it with soap. I made an extra trip to said business to have my car interior quick cleaned . After waiting over 45 minutes after my car wash I found the manager, who was doing his best, and told him I was going to have to leave this was ridiculous- the wait. I demanded a refund which he understood. Tried to make it right by getting someone else on the car who moved slower then. A turtle … leaving my floor mats with chemicals and sprayed the chemicals on my interior and carpet as well. It was a nightmare and I had to go to another car place to correct their problem. Such poor service and absolutely no attention to detail . I have an amazing experience every time I come and I’m always greeted with a smile and great service. The employees are wonderful, Jaquan is a worker there and he is so fantastic he always takes the extra step to make sure we are receiving quality service. He even helped me and my friend get our hood open and helped us figure out where the windshield wiper cleaner goes. I love this car wash!❤️

Highly recommend zips my car has never looked this good always had trouble with vacuum cleaners. And cheap soap on cars but not this place. I had a great experience at ZIPS car wash. I experienced great service from the staff when I had questions about how to maneuver everything-very respectful. My car came out squeaky clean and shiny.A bonus was the free vacuums and car sprays for the interior. All the tools and machinery worked perfectly and smoothly. Overall experience was great-Will come again!
