I was thrilled. Recently went in with my grandfathers convertible to get it cleaned after 7 years of coffee spills and wear and use, the headlights were all not clear and the paint was not soft, also the seats were rough and messy. These guys did detail it and it looked brand new they even did the engine bay. We were amazed. From start to finished Oxotic Mobile Wash & Detail provided white glove service. I got the ceramic coating on my Tesla Model 3 and window tinting and it came out incredible!!! They also sent out progress photo and kept me up to date. The quality of work they do is amazing. I live 2 hours away and places in my area didnt have the same quality or attention to detail. They clean the car well inside and out, but the biggest fault is them using old hand towels for each car. I assume that they would use new ones in the morning, but my car still got scratched. I’ve attached the overall cad picture and it looks super clean, but if you take closer look, I got so many swirl scratches on the clear coat. If I wanted scratches I would’ve just went to an automatic car wash and save myself half an hour of time and $40. I had to use my Meguiar’s compound and polish when I got home to fix their mess. Will not be taking my car back unless they use new microfiber towels for each car. I’ve attached photos showing the scratches after going to McKinley and immediately going home to fix it. They even burned through the clear coat a bit! I don’t even know how hard they rubbed to even do that.
