I never said it was today. I recently canceled my membership and my Google account asked if I’d leave a rating/review. I gave 1 start because i didn’t like my experience here based on other car washes. They are always working to improve their system to achieve the best clean. Their attendants are very warm and friendly. I had a particularly good experience with Noel this morning when he offered to tuck my mirrors in for me. I believe it was the high pressure wheel cleaner that did it, which I’ve used before and never had an issue. Once I noticed the damage I filed a report with the manager and contacted the owner, who did not take responsibility for the damage and claims it was bad primer. My car is a 2015 Lexus with factory paint and kept very clean. I’ve used other car wash services as well and have never had this same experience. Definitely not worth the 2 hour wait in line! I remember back in the day Little Sister’s use to be the place to get your stuff washed and detailed but not so much anymore. My bill was $159 for truck and trailer, tires, wax, and rain-x. There was so many places on the truck and trailer that wasn’t even touched! Then when I told the one employee about all the places missed, he had nothing but excuses! This is not the way to run a business in these tough times or anytime!
I’ve been a truck driver for 32 years. First time showing up at this place. I had to do a tractor trailer and trailer washout. There was a rejected pallet of 1,000 to 1,200 lb of pork. I called them and told them that I was bringing it over and they decided to take it off my truck, not even offer me a free wash but still charge me $39. I’m over here thinking that 1,200 lb of pork you should have seen them everybody was grabbing a piece of pork big pieces too. I’m thinking that they were going to offer me at least five washes free. But that’s okay, that was the first time I went there. It’s the last time, they’ll ever see my face, Merry Christmas..
I came here to do a truck and trailer wash because of the reviews I thought this would be a great experience. Needless to say it was horrible! They do not know how to wash, dry or tire shine. For $150 dollars looks worse then when I arrived. I have white marks all over guessing from the products they use and in all honesty nothing looks clean. I will never return. My far warning is to just go else where.

I’ve been coming here for a long time now, and finally got around to reviewing. Timo gives absolutely amazing service. He has such a great attention to detail, it’s almost insane. Quality of washes has taken a bit of a hit recently, but he makes it right. It’s almost impossible to keep a mirror polished fuel tanker clean, but these guys do a decent enough job (even if it takes a couple of turns through the wash bay).
