Not impressed. My car had spots that were still dirty. Every single vacuum was broken. Bought the mid-level package: truck was prewashed by attendants, they also removed our antenna as it could have been an issue with our type of vehicle. Wash was good, machine dried, and free vacuuming available which was very convenient. That being said, my husband and I both were vacuuming at the same time and it seemed the suction was quite a bit less powerful when 2 hoses were in use. Pretty competitive to all the new car washes in town with quality of wash and pricing. Attendant on site does pre wash treatment. The outstanding feature of this car was is the discount you can get with gasoline purchase. Since that I am trying to hold the manager and called them more than 5 times. No answer and just deceiving me day to day even one of the worker witnessed and took some pictures too.
After 3 weeks the car wash manager at Bismarck (Matt) got back to me and and said it never happened before and directly warned me that “do whatever you can do we cannot pay for it”.

Khalid at the front desk loves his job and has exceptional customer service skills. I got gas, a car wash and coffee but he gave me the coffee for free – both times I’ve stopped by. I work on gravel roads and have a super dirty truck for work that I bring to get washed and the workers always get it very clean. The people washing the cars look happy too (with the exception of one guy). Whoever runs this place must be focusing on service and I definitely notice. I haven’t run into many gas store workers who look like they aren’t just counting down the minutes till the shift is done (at other stores). This is a refreshing stop during the day. Update: these guys are continuing to do great work. I lost a receipt I needed to expense for work and asked them a couple weeks after if they’d be able to reprint one. Carter helped me out. It took me five minutes to knock down the day and time but he kept looking through the system until he found my receipt. Much to my surprise, he didn’t grumble, complain, or even seem disturbed by my request and the effort put forth to fulfill it. Very impressed with Carter and the red carpet team. Sadly, today our expectations have hit ground level, but I absolutely love the way the owner/manager trains his team on customer service and representing his establishment, he definitely brings us back to the good ole days of people loving their jobs and knowing how to serve people and making them want to spend their money there!!!! First time using Dons and I must say, TRASH service. Exterior was good I give them that, but the inside was not taken care of. I got the full service waxing and everything. I watched 6 ppl attack the car, thinking oh this is about to be awesome. After they were done floor mats still soaked. Fries and dirt still all under the seat, cup holders and dash still dirtied. I’ve literally cleaned this car 10 times better than they did after a road trip with kids. Using only a 7 dollar wash and free vacuum. So for 30 plus dollars, this was LITERALLY TRASH SERVICE .

Came back a few times after this. Last week, the team did a much better job at cleaning the car. However, I only ask for the exterior cleaning from now on.

This place is really going down hill. First time, great experience. Recently, paid for the Full Service $23.99 the first time… Exterior is ok. Interior, only carpet were washed, and nothing else. The napkin that left behind was even crumbled. I was shocked because I expected at least the dashboard should be cleaned. All the comments said to report dissatisfaction on the spot, but they just took the claim check and told me to leave.
Now, I don’t really know what should be cleaned if I purchase the full-service wash, because it’s not much different than the $9.99 for exterior, besides my weatherproof carpets were washed?
I have wash my vehicle here before but this is the worst ever….I just paid 24.99 for what a piece of trash….am not happy this is not nice…
I have used Don’s Carwash many times over several years. I am always satisfied with their work in today’s environment the exterior only was is a great deal. I usually get the full service wash. They do a good job with interior and exterior. Really appreciate the clean mats. Sometimes it is very busy, so you have to wait in line for a while, but they move the vehicles thru rapidly. Will continue to bring my cars to Don’s.
If you are ever down on your luck and need a job, Don’s has been there to lend a hand up for many many individuals willing to work. They do good things by hiring addicts and criminals looking for change.
I don’t know about anyone else. If I’m coming to Don’s it’s for an interior wash that isn’t as expensive as a full detail job would be. Vacuum the dirt. Wipe the dust. Clean the glass. Simple enough you would think. My patience has worn thin with their services. Perhaps paying the employees a living wage would attract a better set of work ethics to the place? Oh ho. But then our washes would cost more! And we simply cannot have that.
