Well maintained and clean car wash but the vacuums did not have enough suction to pull up dust or grass clippings. Signs in vacuum area show car wash for $6.95 for basic wash and real cost is $10. Did a good job washing the hood and sides of my truck but left a significant amount of soap suds on the back cab, truck bed, and remainder of my truck.
If you want to knock the dirt off your wheels, and shine up the outside of your truck, pay about 40% more than you expected, and go home and get your own vacuum cleaner and water hose to finish the job this is the place for you. They had two locations around the corner from my house, one manned and one automatic, and the monthly rate for unlimited washes at their top tier offering was great! Went there a few times with no complaint.The last time I went, the car wash ripped the antenna off the roof of my car. I didn’t know my car antenna was removable, and never thought about it. I missed the sign saying to remove the antenna (and again, wouldn’t have thought about it because I didn’t know my antenna was a screw off).
This ended up causing damage to the roof of my car and the antenna base. The roof was dented around the antenna base and had to be repaired or it would leak.
I called this business three times over three or four days before they gave me a straight answer. They kept taking down my information and saying that a manager would call me back. I never spoke to a manager. I finally got a call back from an employee that they don’t cover damage caused by twist off antennas.
I understand this, but the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I shouldn’t have had to call three times before receiving an answer. I think it would be a good idea as well for the attendants at the manned location to mention these things about the antenna and other liabilities so someone doesn’t simply miss the sign. Will unfortunately be finding another car wash.

But the last two months I have been through the car wash a few times because I have a monthly membership and it has a literally tore off four of my windshield wipers. I’m tired of buying new ones therefore, I will be going elsewhere from now on. Terrible car wash! Paid $15 and my truck looks like it was just sprayed with water. Bugs, dirt, and spots everywhere. Huge waste of money. I haven’t been here for a while because last time was equally as bad. My fault for hoping it had improved. Your car rarely gets fully rinsed or dried even partially. talking to some, it sounds like the staff isn’t betting support from corporate. They’re usually great.

It’s sad because had a membership here 6 years ago and this was a nice place. This is my second visit to this location in 5 months and it is my last (after the first time I have checked out other places). I don’t like to give a bad review without giving a second chance. I asked for assistance both times and was not helped. My car came off the belt, and it ruined my wheels. Reached out multiple times, they said they would pay for damage and never responded to me. Blonde long haired dude is super rude, major attitude issues. If I don’t want to renew my membership, be polite about it. I have enough reason to not renew after your establishment cost me 250$ to fix my wheel that you messed up. And they leave your car looking like this…
Employee (male with long blonde hair) was washing the exterior of my car before I entered the wash area and he broke my rear view camera while doing so. He came out and spoke to me and filled out a damage claim form but did not apologize to me for the inconvenience/negligence and also refused to give me a refund for the $21 car wash even though my vehicle was damaged in the process. I asked to speak to the manager to which he replied “I’m the closest thing to a manager”, so I asked for the manager’s contact information and he refused to provide it to me and said the best he could do was give me a free wash voucher. Extremely poor customer service, I will not be returning to this location except to follow up with them on the status of my damage claim.
***EDIT: They emailed me the following message:
“After reviewing your incident report, we will be unable to assume responsibility for your damage claim. There is obvious pre-existing damage to the camera, as it looks as if it had been broken and glued back on. We will be closing this claim due to loose and faulty parts/pre-existing damage.”
***Their assumptions about “obvious” prior damage are completely false. There has not been any prior damage whatsoever to my vehicle in any capacity, including to the rear view camera until I visited this poor excuse for a car wash.

My kids went to clean their car and it died on them while they were using the vacuum. I went to see if we could get the car to start. Marcos and his staff were extremely nice, pleasant and very helpful to us. They let us stay there until help came. I really appreciated their assistance, understanding and patience with us. It made everything better under the circumstances. Great team and customer service!!!!
Marcus and Torme greeted me at the entrance. I have a fleet car and was curious if I could use my fleet company card to pay for the wash. While they were not certain, they tried to process the payment and educated me on the process. These gentlemen were friendly and courteous! It’s nice and refreshing to have excellent customer service.
Pulled in for a quick wash to get the pollen from the last two weeks off the car. Car looks good, no scratches that I see. It didn’t really do a good job of drying but that’s not a big deal. Overall I would go back. Good value for the wash.
