I used my membership wash and when I pulled over to dry my car it was still DIRTY the wash did nothing. I was offered another wash but it wasn’t worth it because I had already dried my vehicle. With all the foam you would think my vehicle would be some kinda clean. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I frequent this Autobell location. I pulled in a prepared the employee who was the manager on duty that I had just visited a drive thru petting zoo and the car was pretty filthy inside and out. I am willing to pay for whatever service will best clean it along with any amount of vacuuming to properly clean up everything. I also added. The service would cost $25 and I added a $15 tip voucher as I knew this would be a lot of vacuuming. Once the car went through the wash to the detailer employee who’d be doing the vacuuming I also prepared him and apologized for house dirty the inside was due to visiting the farm earlier. He seemed a little irritated but also laughed about it. Well as you can see in the pictures attached… he clearly was irritated because he did such a POOR job. This was AFTER they finished “cleaning” the car. And the manager I originally spoke with even helped this employee but this is how they returned the car to me. Still dirty, and I had to take it home and clean it further myself. What a waste of $40. A much needed cleaning was in order for my Honda Pilot after numerous trips with grandchildren in car seats and all that implies. I had a day off from work, so I went to have the car cleaned inside and out. I paid $68.75 for all the bells and whistles – supposedly. I also gave the young man a $20 tip since I knew it was going to be a tough job. I don’t begrudge the tip, but the cost of all that AND I still had to clean bugs off the front and back, vacuum the back passenger floor and seat, and the back of the third row seating MYSELF at a self-serve carwash is not my expectation for that price! Good grief! For almost $70, I expected a much better job. Should have examined the job more closely before leaving but the truck behind me was finished and waiting for my car to move. While they clean car you can tell they were playing around. My car was returned to my half way clean, the inside cleaning looked as If the water rug was passed on seats . Clean still looked dirty. Those who are complaining should understand that a machine will NEVER wash your car as good as a hand wash, but this is definitely my favorite automatic car wash to go to. The only downsides are the mat cleaner in Concord is always out of order, it doesn’t get the bottom rails of the car all that great, and you usually always have to wipe your tires despite getting a tire shine.
Great car wash service! Collin did a great job rinsing my mats. There’s always clean rags and cleaning solution to clean the interior of your car. The monthly plans are reasonable and I save a lot of money by subscribing!
Great place to swing in and get a quick wash, or even if you want to stay and truly get some detail work done. They have free vacuuming after your wash. Also lots of towels and cleaners to use while there. Great customer service I was approached by Shane who gave me a free air freshener and asked if I need anything. Great place!
I recently visited this car wash and I was blown away by the quality of service from staff member Payton this kid truly went above and beyond with helping assist me. The wash was thorough and efficient, and my car looked brand new. I also appreciated the attention to detail. The pricing was very reasonable for the level of service provided. Unfortunately I damaged, scratched all 4 of my hub caps from my car yesterday. I always come in this nice place Take 5 Car Wash, most of the time once a week, Monday. I came around before close to 12 pm and did my carwash. When I came out and dried my car from outside in the Carwash Place I realized all 4 hub caps were damaged, have deep scratches. I called my wife and asked her if she know what’s this about. I went home and she saw it and told me go a.s.a.p. back and complain. What we did and hopefully it’s come a good feedback back to us for a good solution. I am for a few years there a customer and I even enrolled my wife’s car last year too.
I think what happened was when the car is rolling forward the whole time to get the different washes, your plastic track rollers must not be in a good shape. It may have happened on the way out where the car gets dried. I am really not in a good mood because all four hub caps have been damaged as of yesterday’s wash.
