The worst wash I’ve ever had. They hardly vacuumed, the center console had nasty wet dirt left behind and when I asked the guy to wipe it again he did but kept saying it was the best he could do, but it didn’t look like that when I brought it in. I had to wipe it all down again myself. The rag he used must’ve been dirty because it left a disgusting odor in my car. They never put a air freshener in. Manager by the name of Brice was extremely unprofessional. I paid extra for the entire car to be vacuumed and mats cleaned on top of $26, total of $45.
This is their idea of clean.
I had to argue with the manager over plain sight that the car was not cleaned inside and out.

#PSA## If you need to get your car washed DO NOT TAKE IT TO Water Works Car wash or any of their other shops as well!!! I hate even having to post this BUT….. on May 5th I took my car to Water Works car was on Academy like I do almost every week ( I’m a loyal customer for about 10 years) and noticed when my car was done that a peice of panel stripping was missing…made them aware and they found it in the tunnel where it was ripped off and the clips were damaged and it was unable to be put back on. The manager had me come in and fill out a damage claim and gave me a list of the shops that they work with to get it repaired. I got an estimate that was around $300 that I gave them over a week ago … Today after calling a few times Dan the equipment manager finally called me back and let me know that they would not be fixing my car because it was not their fault. He was VERY RUDE AND DID NOT CARE AT ALL…I mean at all. What is crazy is that I had read lots of reviews and I had a feeling after seeing what other customers had experienced that this was going to be the outcome and it was 🙃 They have lost me and 2 other of my people as a good customer that will cost them wayyyyy more than fixing my trim that their machines broke. Dan is a horrible representation of that business. And I hope this reaches even a few people and they think twice before taking their car here. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WHERE THEY VALUE YOU!! Windshield, doors, mirrors, bumper, cup holder, etc These guys clean cars like if they were 4 or 5 year old kids.By Alex Martinez (10 months ago)I paid $189 for full detailing shampoos and vacuums and my floor mats look like they were never touched even though they are wet, the back of the seats and the creases where the steering wheel meets the dash were never dusted, it’s like they armoralled it, sprayed scent on the carpets and called it quits. You can believe me when i say i will be disputing the charge and never return. Such a simple job and they left it incomplete. They didn’t even vacuum properly, so there’s clumps of hair everywhere and dirt caked on the back of seats from kids shoes that didn’t get touched. Are the back of the seats extra? I thought I paid for full seat treatment. They left big streaks and smears on the windows. Oh and it only took nearly 4 hours to complete on top of how expensive it was. Car Was USA Express is a great local car wash. I purchased the monthly membership, which pays for itself. I have to wash my car at least twice per week due to the constant changes in weather. Two car washes without the membership is the same price as the monthly unlimited car wash price, which makes the monthly membership an outstanding deal. Initially I had an issuer with my monthly membership chip, the staff did an outstanding job remedying my issue and so never had an issue again. I highly recommend this Car Wash USA Express location.
Dylan was very helpful and informative in telling me about the special they were running. I got a full service car wash at the lower price and the opportunity to take advantage of more as many as I liked for this first trial month. Afterward if I decide to get a monthly subscription I have the choice of which level of wash I want. He was very helpful and I also appreciated him putting the sticker on my windshield for automatic entry😊 Thank you Dylan (I hope I spelled your name right!)

This car wash is amazing! I go way out of my way home JUST to get their services. I always get great customer service, they are fast, there’s always someone scrubbing the cars, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes in line to get in. Their manager is a sunshine, he is definitely the best!
I had gotten a huge amount road slush sprayed on my car by another car in the next lane, so much so that it was difficult to see my side mirrors through the side windows. I just wanted to clean it off so I could see better. I chose the cheapest car wash $10, and it was better afterwards, but it would need further cleaning to get it to shine. I could have gone to a self service car wash for $5-$6 and had a better cleaning, but Take 5 was more convenient because I wasn’t familiar with the area.
