I wanted an oil change, carpets clean, and an overall thorough detailing of my truck.
Now the oil change is what is keeping me from totally hating my experience there that day.
My truck didn’t get cleaned and detailed properly, so 😕 I will not be a returning customer of theirs.
I could have done a much better job at my apartment. Working graveyards and I was trying to treat myself to a clean and deodorized truck but that’s not what I received! You live and you learn! I’ll pay someone else to get it right!

The day crew at the Villa Maria and Texas location has done a nice job for me in the past. Recently when I went in the evening about 10 minutes before close, the cones were out to prevent anyone from arriving. After a conversation with the day crew I learned that a new manager was on the job and had apparently made a poor decision. For that small inconvenience I forgave them.
My next evening experience was the one that caused me terminate the relationship. When going to this location I must cheat to the right side of the drive belt because the rotating beaters on the driver side of the vehicle are a bit too aggressive against my driver side mirror. Therefore, when I exited my vehicle, prior to entry, and attempted to let the young man who was guiding cars into the car wash, he aggressively came out of the entrance and screamed at me and claimed I was going to hit his red bollard on the passenger side of the vehicle when clearly I was not. This was not my first rodeo.
For the remainder of the month I just paid for, I inconveniently drive down to South College Station from Bryan to obtain my car wash.
I might suggest some hiring tools that would prevent bringing people on board that simply fail to practice good common sense.
By Ed Stonebraker (2 weeks ago)The main issue with all car wash here is that they add wax with soap and many a times that wax stick to the car and along with soap foam over the time kill the car color and ruins it. So they can fix it by soap-double rinse water wash-then water with wax and dry. That way maximum soap and foam can be get rid off and cars color stay safe. Right now their final wash rinse is not good enough and many a times soap foam remain while car is driving and their wax mixed with soap already ruining car paint. Otherwise facility is excellent and staff is awesome. Hopefully they fix the car wash process and make it so the car paint won’t get ruined by leftover soap foam mixed with wax.By Felix Leon (7 months ago)

If you would like for your vehicle to be damanged and recieve the run around for them to repair your vehicle and provide you a rental while your is vehicle is finally being repaired then this is the place to go. The only “nice” experience that I had was with a young lady with red curly hair. She was very helpful and understanding after she saw where staff ‘TRIED’ to repair my vehicle WITHOUT my permission with wires hanging.
Free vacuuming! Free towels and spray cleaner! Free rug beater! For $10, someone will clean inside windows, outside windows & towel dry the vehicle. All they ask is you was your car there. The cheapest wash is %10 + tax. Now that’s a good priced deal!
