I’ve been a loyal customer here for about 12 years. While I enjoy the service and the price is affordable, I do wish they showed more attention to the small crevices and details. I typically have to inspect my vehicle before leaving and requesting them to clean certain spots and at times I don’t notice unclean areas until after I’ve left the car wash. Also, some workers seem annoyed if you ask them to take care of spots they missed. If more effort could be shown to the entire car and not seem like such a rush job they would be 5/5. Juan and his staff are incredible. My car was spray painted all over and they were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday and get everything off within a couple of hours. They got the paint off of every nook and cranny. Their attention to detail is amazing. Very professional, quick and over delivered on quality. They have earned a lifelong customer.
The best actual HAND car wash I’ve been to in a minute!!! Have already been twice this week with both our work and personal trucks. Professional. Quick (well as quick as can be if you want quality work)! Clean. Good waiting area. Highly recommend and plan on filling up our punch card fast. They’re exceptional. Go check em out!!!
There’s several car wash places near me in the South Loop area, but I drive over to N. Elston. Juan and his crew are Amazing! There’s never a time I’ve gone and my car hasn’t been super clean! They keep my Lexus look good! Today I went there was something in my window but you better believe they took care of it! Looking for something good best you go to N. Elston!!!
Drove out pretty far cause this car wash had good reviews. I don’t think I have been more disappointed with a car wash. The exterior was ok but the interior is absolutely terrible. The thing is the interior was clean before I got there. It’s obvious they’re using dirty rags. Had spots on my leather that weren’t there. I have a lot of light swirls in my brand new tints in my two month old car. One deeper scratch in them and the windows need to be cleaned.
These guys are the best! I come here pretty frequently to get my car washed and this time I came in because someone graffitied my car. Thankfully Juan and his team were so professional and were able to get the graffiti off of my car. They probably saved me $100s of dollars going anywhere else to have the graffiti removed.
