I am very disappointed with my experience. I just got home from my trip to wash my car. I spent almost $27 on the premium car wash and I still have dirt on my car. The tires are horrible. For the amount of money you spend to get a car wash it should at least take the dirt off. I think I am better off hand washing it myself. Downtowner car wash at least got it clean for me. I liked that they sprayed the bugs and stuff before you went in. Spending Almost $30 for a car wash and you still have to go home and do it by hand is ridiculous.By Bonnie Farrell (9 months ago)First time I used this car wash since it changed over from the Downtowner (Cape Coral Parkway). One and done I won’t go back. Employees were friendly but that can’t make up for the terrible car wash. Luckily, I only received a basic wash. Car came out of the wash feeling gritty and sandy and water spots all over the car and windows. Up four dollars from when it was the Downtowner and they claim it has better equipment? Drove a mile to home and realized that the tailgate of my truck was still filthy. Drove back there immediately. They didn’t even look at the poor wash job, but said that if I had a trailer hitch I would need to remove it for the wash to clean the tailgate. No apology for their wash failing, no offer to take care of it, no explanation of why this wasn’t mentioned when I purchased the wash, but just told me I’d need to remove the hitch. So for $27 I get to wash it myself by hand. The only bright side is that the entire truck has water spots and didn’t get completely clean, so it needs a hand wash anyway. They no longer spray the vehicles. I called Mr Car Wash to complain only to receive a call back from the same girl I complained about who was pretty rude telling me that they are “tweaking their equipment” so that there is no longer a need to spray. I told her that was not working and her customers should not be the test case for this new method. She told me to just go through twice… ya that’s not a good response. Went to this car wash for the first time today – I am so impressed! Reece helped us select which type of wash to get. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with choosing which selection we needed. They told me in July that my account was no longer active due to the change over to Mister Car Wash and so I had to pay out of pocket for my car wash…I did. They meaning Mister Car Wash went back and charged me for monthly July August September and October while I paid for car washes out of pocket!!! So I called and they said we can only refund you 3 months…and as of today they haven’t even done that!!! Be VERY careful…subscriptions are getting way too cozy!! I Just had both my SUV’s done here. I was told that Alex did both my cars. Had the exterior detail with ceramic coating. And they clean the inside. They did a great job. I was recommended to go here from two neighbors. I will be back. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!
I came in for a $100 hand wash and wax service on my 2020 Tundra and had a bad experience starting with them locking the keys in my truck. They did a good job removing the love bugs but missed a few dirty spots during the wash and the tire shine was a very uneven and spotty. I had to pay for an uber home and back to get my spare key and when I returned to inspect the vehicle there where several black scuffs in different areas and a big scratch in the middle of my driver’s door. I recently had that door painted and inspected by the toyota dealership due to a warranty issue and am positive the scratch happened there. They offered me a free hand wash in the future but that won’t fix my door. I was able to get the black scuffs off with cleaner wax and tried scratch remover on the big one but had no luck. I would not recommend this place for newer vehicles.
I have been to this car wash many many times, this was the WORST ever. Wax was left at different areas on my car, the inside leather was hardly touched, seats were NOT moved to vacuum nor where the back side and rear windows cleaned. I must also say I came at non-busy time of day. Paying almost $100 plus tips I would of expected a better job to detail. Never again.
Sadly the new ownership is not helping this business. Been coming here for years and this is by far the worst wash i have ever gotten anywhere. We paid $30+ for an interior detail and outside wash and doesn’t even look like anything was done. We are going to be contacting the manager because this work is poor at best
Extremely unhappy with the new ways . they Did not clean wheel wheels there are streets everywhere they didn’t clean all the windows and I tried talking to management to be told the 90 $ service . Well wish we could do more to help u.like maybe a clean truck would be great also won’t take any calls straight to a voice mail that’s always full. I will not be back without a real conversation with a manager or owner. Truly wish Troy kept the place him and his team actually care about the job they do.
