So this is the first time I’ve ever been here. I pulled up and was greeted immediately. I asked the gentlemen outside how long did they think it would be to get in for an oil change because the bays looked full. They told me they could do it right away and they did. Pulled my car up on ramps and changed the oil without making me wait on a bay to open. They were polite and quick. The guy that quoted me made sure to confirm I needed a full synthetic oil change before doing it and the prices were reasonable.
I’d definitely recommend this shop for an oil change in a snap. Only time will tell on other service, but I’d definitely give them a shot on other repairs if the dealer keeps telling me it’s 2-3 weeks for the earliest appointment to change my oil.

This was my first time trying this place and i thought this was the spot because the amount of cars I see come here all the time. I just bought my truck and always look for scratches before entering the car. Mind you my car like a polymetal gray I would have seen anything not in the norm for me. After they stated my car was finally done. I walk over and did a 360 over view of my car and notice a spot on my passenger door of paint being scraped off. Instantly I called over one of the guys and he tells me there’s no way that they did that. But mind you, the area where my car was washed there was a wall. A brick wall! . I came in to get my vehicle detailed, they did an amazing job, they detailed it throughly from the back seats all the way to the front, outside of the vehicle was shinning the wax they use is premium! I brought my sons truck in right after and the results were amazing! I paid for a deep clean and the job was half-done. I asked to speak with the owner and they refused to let me do so. They stated they would have the owner to get in touch with me. It’s been two days and still nothing. When I first approached this place, The customer service itself was great, however, their job, is the opposite. I recently had the pleasure of using Steve’s car washing service for a detailed interior and exterior cleaning of my car, and I cannot recommend him enough! From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Firstly, Steve’s customer service was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain exactly what the service entailed and answer any questions I had. He was also very accommodating with scheduling and was able to fit me in at a time that worked for me.
The actual detailing itself was truly impressive. Steve went above and beyond with the cleaning and polishing of my leather seats, making them look brand new. The interior of my car had never looked better – every nook and cranny was meticulously cleaned, and the upholstery and carpets were spotless. The exterior of my car was also given the royal treatment – it was washed, waxed, and buffed to a perfect shine. In fact, my car looked better than when I bought it!
I was honestly amazed at the level of attention to detail and care that went into the whole process. Overall, I would give Steve’s car washing service a 5-star review without hesitation. Steve agreed to work on the interior of my 2010 Honda Civic that was dirty and in rough shape after a move. His prices were very fair, and I appreciated how transparent he was about how much each option would cost and how long the process could take. The best part was the cleaning itself because the end result of the interior detail and extractor service was incredible. The inside of my car now looks better than it did when I bought it used over 5 years ago. Stains were removed that were carried over from a previous owner of the car. I never thought this car could look this clean. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone interested in detailing services, just as I will be recommending him to friends.By Zack F. The waxing/polishing was so good, the surface feels like silk. I’ve gone through a few cars over the years and there is only one place that can get it right when it comes to the minor details with getting your car PERFECTLY clean. THIS IS THAT PLACE. yes it’s not a $20 wash but the services they provide are exceptionally executed. The pictures don’t do them justice
Worst experience I ever had. They seem to do a great job at washing a car but when they could not figure out how to start my car. Instead of asking me, they proceed to push the start button so hard until they pushed it completely inside the dash board. Had to take it to the dealership for repair. My advise is not to go there and if you do, never let anyone drive you car or start it for any reason. Totally incompetent personnel.
They way they take attention to detail to a whole other level here is amazing. My rims were always dirty after trying other hand wash places in Laurel, MD…but not after coming here. Everything was CLEAN, CLEAN. They even did a fabulous job with restoring cloudy headlights. The owner is a hard working and fair business owner. If you want your car done RIGHT…LOOK NO FURTHER!!
The wash it self is top tier I’ve been to other car wash’s and could never find one like this one but I’ll be real the wait is a long time I would recommend this if you have a lot of time and the best time to come is the morning if you are there first it will be the best car wash and and the quickest for me I always go in the morning and it was overall 10/10 nice car wash
I’ve been doing business with Plaza Car Wash for about a year now, and my last few scenarios have been terrible. The lack of effort the detailers put into drying the excess water around my car is poor, which leaves multiple dry spots around my car that can damage the paint. When I voice a concern to the detailer that washed my car, there’s usually a communication barrier and sometimes and I’ll receive attitude from one of them if I feel like something hasn’t been done right.
