I requested a pink vinyl wrap on a 4Runner 21’. This was by far one of my worst experiences with a shop. I was quoted about a week to complete. I didn’t receive my 4runner back for 4 weeks. Every week there was a new excuse as to why the 4Runner was not ready yet. Ultimately what I understand is that the wrap was too difficult because of the vehicle type. In addition, the shop overbooked and could not meet the business demands because there was not enough help. Mind you, when I booked there was said to be plenty of “space”. All this is fine as long as the quality is great. Unexpected delays can always be expected. Unfortunately, the quality was awful, half fast, and just plain lazy. Granted I understand how difficult it may be to wrap a vehicle, but this is your profession and should be done with quality and pride. Many of the edges of the wrap are peeling up or look like they were cut with dull scissors. There’s lots of underlying color exposed in some of the difficult areas to wrap where if time was taken may look much better. There are areas where there is still grime where the wrap is laid meaning they did a poor job prepping the vehicle. There are areas where the wrap is completely bubbling. There are areas where the wrap does not completely wrap the lip. They completely missed several pieces entirely leaving the underlying color exposed. Certain areas are not symmetrical with opposing sides making the vehicle look tacky. They didn’t even plug the harness of the door light back in and instead left it hanging out of the panel and closed the door over it. I’m not sure they even took a final glance at it before returning it to the customer. In addition to this, tinting was also requested. I was told the tinting was completed. When I left with the vehicle, no tint had been applied. Of course, I was very unhappy with the job and allowed them the chance to recover from the poor quality and service. I was told plenty of wrap was available and asked to bring the vehicle back on a Monday. I called the following Friday expecting the vehicle had been fixed. They didn’t touch or look at the vehicle the entire time they had it and said they didn’t have enough time to do it that day and the reason they didn’t do anything all week is because they didn’t have any wrap. At this point, I asked if I could have the wrap removed and requested my money back. I knew I wouldn’t get anything back, but I wanted to see how they would handle this awful situation. I was told the owners would not a allow a refund but they were happy to fix any issues. Since I’m moving to California for a job, they offered to cover the cost for another wrap service for the bumper of the 4Runner which Is where the most obvious of the issues lay. I’m not sure they understand how frustrating and terrible this has been and that it’s very unlikely I want them to provide any more services.
If you value your time, money, and vehicle, I would highly recommend you avoid these guys .

My truck means the world to me because my wife bought it for me and recently passed away. After 7 years and 90k miles it has been through a few things and showing some age. Most certainly the 6 years of water spots from the sprinkler system at our apartment complex.
Anthony was perfectly honest with me and told me he wasn’t sure that he would be able to get them out but he would do the best he could and I appreciated the honest assessment.
I really thought they had done a switch on me when I first looked at my dull truck! There were NO water spots and the paint looks show room new! That was shocking enough to begin with but then I took a look at the inside and had my mind blown all over again. Years of drips and stains were magically gone from the seats, the few spots that were on the headliner were gone, things I had not even thought about mentioning to them were caught and fixed as if someone had gone through the truck with a magnifying glass.
So my mind is already spinning from this new old truck I now own when I decide to look under the hood. Holy cow? These guys do not miss a freaking thing! The engine compartment is show room perfect as well!
If you are EVER considering having a vehicle detailed, you owe it to yourself to give Anthony and the people at 1Perfection a call. If you are going to sell a vehicle and want to increase the sale price, DO THIS! You will kick yourself if you don’t.
Amazing service! When I bought this car 5 years ago it had set in coffee stains in the front and back seats due to being at first a rental car. I am amazed at how well they were able to get out 5+ year set in coffee stains. My car looks 10x better than when I bought it.
Anthony and the rest of the team were super awesome, went over options with me and called me to keep me in the loop throughout the process. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!
So this was my truck a week or so ago. The entire truck looked like this. I thought it was just dirty, an accumulation of not having had a bath in awhile. So I made an appointment for it to get cleaned here in Carlsbad. Turns out this wasn’t just normal dirt buildup, this was serious hard water stains with horrible calcium deposits. It could not be cleaned with a power washer. I was told this would have to be buffed out and polished by someone else. When he told me that I was devastated and thought my truck was ruined. Figured out that a sprinkler in my neighborhood was the cause of the buildup. Found a place in Albuquerque, 1 Perfection Auto Spa and Anthony #2 was awesome. He got my truck looking better than when I bought it, I almost cried. Lesson learned. I will now be parking in the street. So this was before and after.

I needed a quote due to getting side swiped on the freeway. I contacted 1 Perfection Auto and Spa, Anthony was quick to get me in for a quote so that the lady that hit me can pay for the detailing. My truck was getting detailed 2 days later. I was only supposed to get the exterior done and Anthony kindly detailed the interior of my truck. When I bought my truck from Melloy Dodge in Los Lunas NM, my truck was not detailed very well. When I got my truck from Anthony it looked like as if it had just came out of the showroom! As well as a “New Car Smell” haha. Great business and family oriented!
