On Nov. 18, 2019 I payed this law firm the retainer fee requested by the attorney assigned to my case (inheritance) by the name of Michael Roman Cardona. Every documents, signatures, stamps and fees requested by the attorney where sent/payed immediately upon request. Sometime in 2022, after several months of not hearing from Mr. Roman after many attempts to text and/or calls where made, I contacted the office directly only to be told by the receptionist that Mr. Roman no longer worked at this firm. On January 20, 2023 I called the law firm and spoke with Attorney Mariano S. Nageraurriola who also works for this firm, I explained to him what had happened so far, he said he would speak with Mr. Michael Roman Cardona to get un update and for me to call him back on the 27th for an update. I called back on the 27th only to be told by the receptionist that he did not have a case file and therefore could not help me, he did not even bother to speak to me himself. So after all the money payed to this law firm I have nothing to show for, I guess they felt there is nothing I can do about it, and they are right, I am retired and living off my pension. When I first called they said that they were going to call me back in a couple of days. After about a 2 weeks I called again because I understand that sometimes businesses can be busy. Again, they said they would call me back in a couple of days but never did. My wife called one more time and again they said they would call back and it’s been over a week and still no return call. A complete waste of time. I would have loved to give a positive review but they clearly don’t deserve one. UPDATE!!!. After writing this review months ago, the firm did contact me and went over my whole situation again. They told me that they would have a lawyer return my call and go over my options. A week passed and nothing. I called and they told me the lawyer was out sick but would call me as soon as they can. I was patient and continued to wait. Maybe a couple of weeks went by when google sent me an email that my review had been viewed 50 times. Sure enough, they called me that same day and said they hadn’t forgotten about me and will get back to me soon. IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND IM STILL WAITING!!!
