- Reviews:Decent dog park. Sometimes people bring there large dogs to the small dog side which can cause issues. There reasoning is “but I have a small dog too” Don’t put my pup at risk for your own purpose.By Gary Earle (8 months ago)Our favorite dog park in the city. It’s large and has good shade at certain times of the day. It’s not too busy if you go at off-peak times. The park is usually well-maintained. Of course, you’ll always have some loser owners who don’t care to watch their dog at any dog park. My only complaint is there should be more lighting to feel safer going in the evenings. One light post in each park doesn’t cut it.By Mitchell Koch (4 months ago)Trying to socialize my chihuahua. He hasn’t been around other dogs too much. Good to interact with other dogs that are not aggressive and makes him less aggressive at the same time. People and dogs are all pretty friendly. It’s good exercise for both of us also.By Shelly Martin (6 months ago)I really liked this dog park but absolutely do not leave any valuables in your vehicle at all. My car was broken in to in broad daylight during busy hours. Unfortunately I no longer feel safe taking my dog.By Kimberlea Calhoun (4 months ago)Great small dog park. Located off cave creek and Grovers. Only draw back at this park versus others is there is only one gate in and out. My dog followed a lady going out. Then another person opened the gate going in at the same time. Not so much the fault of the park, but if you do go be mindful of other dogs coming and goingBy robert burris (5 months ago)

- Reviews:My Service Dog and I took a visit to this park. From the parking lot inside the facility is a good clip. I’m a Disabled Veteran with a few physical problems. We took it slow and managed to get to the fenced in area just fine. I would love to tell you the actual distance, but honestly I truly don’t know. Maybe a quarter of a mile. When we arrived there were 3 dog’s playing catch and having fun. I was just a bit concerned because my poor dog is always working, I was hesitant to let her free because she doesn’t have much friend time. But after a few minutes she seemed eager to join the fun. I unleashed her and she had the time of her life . Everyone’s dog’s were wonderful, not a one showed any sign of aggression. Inside the fencing are water fountains for both humans and fur babies. The people were very receptive to my dog. She’s a Pitt Bull mix and I have had problems in the past just for her looks. Not here, everyone was kind to us both. So if my dog can have fun, I’m sure yours will too. It’s worth it!! Daisy and I had a great time!By R Ramos (6 months ago)There are 2 separate large and small dog parks. Take your dog in at its own risk. That being said, it’s best to have a well socialized animal for the sake of other dogs and people too. I’ve seen a woman with an infant in her arms as well as small children in the enclosure – all reasons to know your dog and what it’s capable of before going.By Zachary Manley (Zach) (2 months ago)Great time and location for the annual dog street festival. Great job staff, volunteers, vendors, and 🐕.By Jason Harris (3 months ago)Absolutely love this park. My pup and I like to visit the dog park then go for a walk around the lake 😊By Jonathan Chunglo (6 months ago)I liked it! There’s two seperate areas. One for small dogs and one for big dogs. It’s pretty big on both sides. The only thing I’d like to encourage is the owners to pick up their pets poop! There was a lot of poop!By Nareum (3 months ago)

brought my two sons here so they could learn how to skate!! they loved it and spent all their time practicing some tricks. they made friends with some of other local children, and it was a blast for all of us… on the drive home, all they could ask about was the next time we were coming back!!
This dog park is absolutely amazing! I have brought my Great Dane (Zeus⚡️) Here since day one almost everyday! He gets along well with all the other dogs and people and the park is well fit for him! There are some major improvements they could work on like all the mud sometimes and the grass! Other then that it’s a great park!
I was there on a Saturday morning and it looked like there were several dog training classes. It was so cool to see! So many good pups! The park is large with several playgrounds, dog parks for both active and passive dogs, picnic tables, and even a skatepark. Paradise Valley Park is a great place to spend a weekend morning. The park is pretty big, so if you’d like to view and find park amenities, I’d recommend downloading the app, Avem.
Best park nearby, very quiet and peaceful. Grass is always maintained green, huge play area for kids , many swings for all age groups. Big trees with shades and enough seating benches. Paradise Valley community center is major place for all sporting events. There is a big swimming pool, skate park, baseball courts and huge dog park. Only negative point is restrooms are still closed after Covid.
Great place to take your dog and a book. New summer rules. See pix.
The park is also lighted.
The park is open again after being closed for turf repair.
Grass is dormant during the winter so be ready for it on your dogs.
