Also the spray cap they give doesn’t fit the bottle. Absolutely disappointed. Do they never check their stuff before ship them out ? By the way I am huge fan of CarPro. I took the premium wash.. but I don’t know why they call it premium… from outside is not perfect and inside a lot of things they haven’t touch it!!! If I can rate the premium wash it should be maximum 10 to 15 dollars
They told me my truck would fit through the wash, granted it’s not a big truck, standard half ton truck. Then he offered me a hand wash for $25. Because I was in a pinch I accepted. Worst wash I’ve ever seen, he missed the roof, the back window, both rockers, didn’t even tough me wheels, and a bunch of random other spots. On top of that he was setting his brush bristle down onto the asphalt. I’m under the impression that this was the owner. When I questioned him about it he said he would go over it again, which left literally all the problem sit untouched and he scratched one of my wheels with his pressure washer head. After I said it wasn’t a good wash for the price he lost it on me and told me to get out of there. He accused me of just not wanting to pay and I said all I wanted was a decent wash and that I would pay no problem if they fixed the issues. He cursed me up and down and told me to leave so I did. Won’t ever go back, terrible service.

Not sure what I paid for is what I got… The in and out wash, sure the outside of my suv looks good but no vacuum on the inside or in the hatch (which I left clear for them). Got in and could still see dust on my dash? 3 out of 4 floor mats were wet/washed.. and the one that wasn’t washed, on that side of the vehicle the door wasn’t even wiped. My display screen wasn’t touched either. So pretty much have to go wipe down the interior myself and vacuum. $23 + tip later
