First off I was charged for an SUV/truck/van detailing. I have a Dodge caliber, it’s a compact hatchback, it’s not an SUV/truck/van. Second, they did not touch the trunk, when I picked up my car there were still leaves in the trunk and sand in the carpet from the previous owner of the vehicle. The back windshield was so dirty that it was difficult to see through. There was also left over oil from having the car undercoated that I could wipe off with my finger, it would have taken very little effort to make sure the oil was wiped off. For the price of $185, which is what I should have been charged instead of $210 for an suv/truck/van that I don’t own, it was not worth it.By Quinn O’Brien (8 months ago)After owning the car for over 10 years , many “car picnics ” with my two children ages 4&6 and transporting soil without a tarp – it was time for its first professional clean. It was clear when I arrived for my scheduled appointment the staff were VERY busy that day. However, everyone was calm and professional. After explaining how the work would be done and listening to my own issues with the vehicle , such as night vision being compromised, I requested headlight detailing in addition to the interior detailing. Without hesitation, they agreed and the job was completed in a timely matter. I highly recommend Superior Car Wash & Detailing. The work was either not done, half done and the rest poorly done! Brought it back and a male manager had a look and said my car needed to be sent back in for a redo. That was much appreciated! After the work was completed the female owner/ manager, who openly displays poor customer service decided to inform me that I should have gotten detailing as the 47 dollars was a 5-10 minute cleaning… I was looking to have my windows cleaned ,quick vacuum and a wipe down of dash and doors!! Not too much to ask for 47 dollars and four workers in my car. Looking at her reviews, there is a pattern, she either berates you or says you should have detailing done or you should have came back to resolve the situation, as I did!! She then accused me of holding up her other customers as she had to redo the WORK THAT I PAID TO HAVE DONE in the first place..She stood over me berating me for what I should expect for 47 dollars! I’m not a child and not using this service for someone else to decide what I choose to have done!! Once the work was redone I was happy as that’s what I was expecting..Poor customer service and I shall never return. My entire family used this car wash for years..not anymore.By Lisa Jones (3 months ago)I went there to get my car cleaned. Noticeably, my car was dirty on the inside and I wanted to get it cleaned. I got the $45 package, which is the Ultimate wash. I specifically asked that my windows and rear windshield to be wiled down, this was included in the wash. But when the car was returned to me, the rear windshield looked like it hadn’t been touched, and there were noticeable debris on the backseat. When I went back to ask for a quick vaccum, the gentleman there quickly just brushed off the debris off the backseat and onto the freshly cleaned mats. I had to come home and spend another 10 minutes cleaning the back windshield. If I am paying almost $50 for a cleaning, I expect it to be top-notch. I payed $85 dollars for an exterior and interior wash and I was shocked when I got home and saw the way the car was given to me. (Look at photos) Plus they don’t know what an automatic trunk is or how it operates. They forced the door opened right in front of me. I will definitely NOT go back.
