I drive a Toyota 4 runner with lots of hard spots to reach in any carwash, what I liked about Mint was the microfiber towels available so I could get those hard spot around my emblems and rear spoiler after the wash. The whole process takes less than 2 mins, which saves me a ton of time having to wash it myself. The staff are super helpful while loading onto their belt system! The Club Mint they offer is a GREAT idea if you wash your car more than 2 times in the month or would like to wash it more than twice in a month. All in all it was and is a great experience and will be using my membership to its fullest!!By Ryan B (2 months ago)I would never use and recommend this mint wash… I took membership with them, so i was excited as i could get multiple wash in a month. I went in today for wash. When i came to vaccum my truck and was drying the passenger side , i saw that my small bullet antenna was also missing. So i went to and spoke to a worker there, he said he will check. Then another worker came to me with the antenna. I took the antenna and thought that i can put it back but it was broken and not fixable. Then i was drying my truck and saw lots of scratches on my truck. I went and spoke to another worker, she said that we use soft touch brushes but it doesn’t seems so. She said they are not responsible of any damages on the antenna and scratches. Like $50K truck and we are responsible to fix it. That’s not right. I will not recommend anyone go there specifically with your expensive cars or trucks. Please its not worth risking your beautiful cars having scratches and broken antennas. I am so distressed. .. due to this situation. Should I report this to my insurance or mint smartwash will do anything..By Peter G. (a month ago)It’s a nice place and the free vacuums and air is great but I’ve been to it twice and both times it left the back of my car not fully clean. The price is greater than $1.00 per minute! Much too high and no grace period for entering and exiting. Unfortunately would not use the time charge bays again. I don’t know if it’s the soap or the warm water or the combination of both of these things, but it’s sooo easy to clean my vehicle and rarely ever need to scrub it with the brush. Perfection! Update. I went back to the car wash and spoke with the manger. She was very nice and understanding. I feel like they took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to correct them. Thank you to the team at Jumbo Car Wash. I really appreciate it.
I called this place Sunday at 7:44pm and asked how long they were open. The guy that answered the phone said they were open till 8:00pm. By the time I got there at 7:50pm the place was closed. The attendant came out and said they were closed. Wasted trip and false advertising on the hours.
This is not a great RV Wash. The bays are way to small for any modern trailer. We have a 34 foot and we had a foot on either side to get around. They have 1 hose that doesn’t fit completely around and no cat walk to clean the higher parts. We just needed a touch up mid season to remove any dust but the water pressure was so low I could still write on the trailer grime after it was cleaned. I could have used either of the 2 brushes they offered but haven’t had to at other washes
Not a fan of paying to maneuver my truck to wash or to let soak
. The wand hipressue doesn’t seem high enough to get the grime off, but on a brighter note the wand did a better job than their competitor a bit to the west
Staff is friendly, site is well managed. Wait times are generally not bad. Both automatic and wand wash bays is nice. If you take your motorcycle there, be careful of the exit, it is quite slippery.
No option to pay with cash for a wash time…
