Feels like everything I go it’s cold water and when you bring it up to the people working there they ignore and just tell you we have hot water. Can’t wash a car with cold water, fix your car wash. For the 25 bucks I could have the work myself inside. They did not but that wasn’t a problem! They let me in the wand wash area anyways so that I could wash the 2 weeks of road grime off my truck since it wasn’t that busy. Nice guys and very helpful. You pay as soon as you get your ticket, before you are even in the wash. If you wait for other people in line, that is all charged to your cost, and at 1.30 a minute, i would go somewhere else. I was trying to get air put in my tires by their car wash, but the cold weather here in Fort McMurray caused the cord to stop working properly. I asked for help and they were more than willing, sad I didn’t catch their names. The store staff are always friendly, the PK’s kitchen staff are super awesome, and especially the guys at the car wash station, they helped me get air in my tires haha. Thanks so much! Went for auto car wash. Literally barely sprinkled my truck and then told me to drive through. No soap or high pressure water. Noone available to call for refund. Definetly will not using again.
Hands down the best car wash in town, huge bays & I love that they’re open 24hrs, super convenient! All the prices are fair & they have all the accommodations you could need. (Rags if you forget yours, air fresheners, drinks) this place is fantastic the only car wash in town that I’ll spend time & money going to! All the staff is always cheerful and smiling too which is a nice plus. Aaron was there to help give me recommendations and answer any and all questions, great customer service, I recommend this place to all of my family and friends !
Don’t know why I went back with how poorly of a job the automatic car wash does. This time it didn’t sense my truck properly and the sprayer hit my truck on the front panel and the rear panel. Had to keep moving it back and forth to avoid getting smacked. Don’t recommend this automatic car wash to anyone.
