- Reviews:I paid $25 for the most expensive car wash, the machine put soap all over my car then did not rise it off/polish it, just left the soap on there and told me to drive forward. Had to go to the adjacent car wash to pay for yet another wash just to clean the soap off (so my cars paint would not be permanently damaged), so a grand total of $50 for a mediocre at best wash. Tried to phone the store (it was before 6:00 – allegedly when they close), no answer. Very disappointed. Poor service. No options to pay with card and the change machine is and has always been broken. Doesn’t accept any cash. And ATM doesn’t work. I was in line to use both, guy in front of me couldn’t get either to work. Lady behind me couldn’t get either to work. And it’s not a one off, I’ve been here 3 times and every time neither have worked so I went to the one in Sardis. Also it costs like $2/minute which is thrice more expensive than other places. But access was tricky, and it took a bit to figure it out. Once there, there was no indication how tall the self car was entrance was so I had to drive up carefully and keep getting g out and checking if my van rooftop would hit. It just made it, so I pulled out the mats hung them and went to use the wash, only they didn’t take coin, so I went to use the coin machine and it wouldn’t take my $20, tried several times on both cash slots available. I tried to find an attendant on duty but couldn’t find one. So I put the mats back and drove away without a wash. What a frustrating waste of time. The self washing stations are usually quite good here, always have been. Only issues I have is how often the ATM’s are out of use. They didnt necessarily perform any service…but i did use their facility. Noone one site in the late evening… I dunno about that in the day if someone is around but either way i didn’t need anyone as I was just there to use the wash bay to wash out the cab of our truck and the truck itself. Also used the Vacuum there which does the trick well! Clean and not over flowing garbage cans etc etc. Great place!
Touch less car wash is great, but there is only one way out. If someone is using the other touch less wash, you get sprayed with soap/water on the way by unless you go backward through a hand washing bay. Defeats the point of the air dry but afterward. Prices are decent too.
The staff that work at this car wash are excellent with being helpful, polite, kind, and are continually making my experience enjoyable.
High pressure water. Sweet staff. Any issue ever, they are incredibly helpful. My number one spot. I am a car enthusiast, highly recommend.
Touchless washbay works pretty good. I drive a big truck with a tonneau cover and it’s not an easy job. Usually they have people to give your trouble spots a scrub but not at 630pm tonight. Back bumper could’ve used it.
