Paid 96.05 for carpets , seats and dashboard. Seats and carpets were done. Dashboard was not . When pulling my standard car out of their bay, technician grinded gears. Clearly doesn’t know how to drive a standard. Manager TJ says that employee didn’t do it but it’s caught on camera with audio lol & that it’s just a dry cloth wipe down they do even though I got charged for it to be detailed. No compensation or reimbursement. They also tried to steal my floor mats, causing me have to return to get them. THEIFS AND CARELESS WITH VEHICLES and my seats although cleaned, are SOAKING WET. Update Dec 6 2022: Over 3 months later. Still have not been contacted by anyone even after numerous attempts of trying to reach owners/ managers through provided email and phone numbers. MOULD GROWTH FROM EXCESS WATER LEFT ON UPHOLSTERY (TOOK 3 DAYS TO DRY) !!! Would give negative stars for lack of care and lack of quality service. This place seems sort of like a Scam ????? Entire staff is super friendly. The executive at the counter, explained me all plans in detail, and later the servicing guys were also very accommodating. Entire Service was done in just half an hour. Price is also very reasonable, and if you are existing member, they have an amazing discount. Went today for my car interior detailing, spend around 60$ on it. Service was 0 almost. They did very poor detailings in my car interior. Spotted lots of spaces which was remaining for cleaning . When I told one of their guy they told me that I didn’t clean your car.
Is this a way to treat customer and is this way they do their work. I will give 0 for professionalism. Now I know how’s their deluxe cleaning.
I am planing to get their membership but now I will not for sure
Tried the interior cleaning, they basically just vacuum ur vehicle and clean the mats, they didn’t wipe down the interior of my doors, center console or even around the foot well. Its just a really good vacuuming.
My family LOVES Zenetec Car Wash! We have been been using this car wash for over a year and never had an issue with the wash quality or the service. The wash is super quick and gives an excellent clean. I love when they change the wash scent, and the wash experience itself is fun with lots of bright colours! We tried the detail service for the first time today and the staff did an excellent job in such quick time. We noticed when we got home that the back interior had been missed, but in the staff’s defense we had a few things in the back at the time. I also don’t expect a complete interior detail for the time and price. If you want a deep clean, go for a $200+ full day detail. If you want a light interior clean between season, this is the place! The comfortable waiting area is clean, bright, and serves great coffee! Yolanda is such a gem! She is so friendly and engaging and we really enjoyed chatting with her while our car was being detailed.

Bought deluxe wash and detail. Had to return to get it fixed. They still didn’t get it right. Dash, windshield and rear view mirror were left dirty. Wash didn’t even clean the car.
We were the last car through so they rushed us through and tried to hide in the office when we returned. The gentleman who said he was the manager then came out and blamed us for them not cleaning the car (??).
Then he argued about carpet while I was trying to get him to finish cleaning the car. He left a line of dirt on the windshield, and when I asked was that as good as it was going to get, he walked away. Completely ridiculous. Why sell a package to clean a car, then yell at a costume for asking you to actually clean the car?
I went to the car wash today around 5:50pm and very upset that my Antenna on my Toyota Tundra broke. Hence I bought a monthly premium pass and thought I’m gonna be saving money by using Zenetec. I should have stick with Petro Canada season pass. Now I have to spend more by having to get my Antenna fix. I told the lady on the office but she said she couldn’t help me.
Please fix my antenna!
