5 months agoI want to say that Luis was SUPER professional and displayed the damn near perfect customer service with me by phone. I was looking to see if my oil filter was available and he took the initiative to get one order and delivered to my Waldorf location without any issues! EXCELLENT SERVICE Luis! 👍🏽👍🏽 Thank again for not having an attitude and understanding how to deal with a customer!. It’s feel great to be able to call and speak to someone that’s friendly but to the point and know how to get things done!a week agoTheir service is amazing! Tested my battery for free! And a new battery price is fair!3 months agoI like Oreilys, but this manager, Ray, in the dumfries store is a joke. He Ordered the wrong part and I ended up wasting a whole day because of it. The other associates there are also a joke. They Know very little about cars. Do yourself a favor and visit the stafford location on 172 months agoProfessional and courteous. He changed my rear windshield and even fixed it for me, I don’t know his name, but I will come back here if I ever need anything for my car! A small gesture can change someone’s day🙌🏻 Thank you, sir!4 months agoUnfortunately I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that helped us but he was so helpful. We went in for a specific part that they had in stock. He took the time to explain that we needed an additional part to repair my car correctly. He didn’t have to do that but I greatly appreciate him for telling us. So many places take advantage of a female’s lack of knowledge when it comes to car repair. He was very helpful and informative and that was appreciated.2 years agoMy uncle and I were on our way home to NJ when we broke a break line. It was almost time for the store to close but we called and they kept the store open late to wait for us to arrive and were extremely helpful. They even checked on us after they were done work and offered to grab us coffee or something to drink from store down the road. Mind you this is all at 10pm in downpour of rain and wind. The employees here are amazing and so helpful I am extremely thankful for all there help.3 months agoI would come here for dinner they were so friendly. Unfortunately they don’t serve food5 months agoFriendly and professional, but I had to replace my car battery twice. They did the right thing and honored the return.

We a great experience at O’ Reilly yesterday when our battery was dead and needed to be changed. We had Zachary help us out with choosing the battery for the type of car we had. He went out and beyond to get our car jump from the Sheets next door and be able to take it over to the parking at O’ Reilly. The gentleman that changed our battery which I did not get his name unfortunately was incredibly helpful as well. The customer service we received yesterday from these men was exceptional. Thank you once again, you were awesome!
Twice now in a week I have had to take my car here to get help with changing out a part. Turns out that the second time I realized I was actually sold the wrong color bulb but they easily exchanged it and helped me by changing it. Thanks so much. You made it look easy and helped me have a better day. Too bad that your employer doesn’t see that you should earn more as you were talking about and perhaps then you would have the right amount of employees there. In any case though I will be a repeat customer and will always recommend you
