6 months agoGood place for parts and upgrades but not so great for diagnostic code assistance! I have had a missed diagnosis for codes from this location for vehicle issues on more than one occasion.3 weeks agoI was getting my emissions done on Monday and there was an issue with the obd plug, the emissions guy wasn’t able to touch it so I took a chance and went to your store. Esteban was there, he was very sweet and cheerful, he came out in the hot sun and fixed my obd plug despite me not buying anything. He’s awesome and I will be sure to go back there and buy things when I need to, I will send my friends too.a year agoIt’s an auto parts store nothing more. Parking lot filled with beer cans and trash oil stains everywhere that will eventually wash into the aquifer. A complete lack of sanitation is clearly evident here not to mention the handicap spot is not marked at all which is a violation of the ADA.a month agoTHEY ARE GREAT…MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GET ANTTHING FOR MY TRUCK…2 months agoThe gentleman helped me out with my car and went outside even though he wasn’t suppose to. Thank you Jose for installing my battery and helping us out. The only O’Reily I will go to if I ever need anything.a year agoI try to return a part @ this store that was under warranty and Chris the assistant manager didn’t want to honor me the guarantee. I ask him why and he started to raise his voice. I left the store and decided to go to a different O’Reilly in town and they in fact return me the money in 5 minutes. Chris need to be trained on how to deal with customers. His customer services is not good. I call him back to let him know that I got my money back on another store and he hang the phone on me. ☹️☹️.a year agoAlways knowledgeable and helpful parts professionals. As a mechanic with over 30 years of experience, this is the first place I go to for parts. Not only for my clients, but my personal vehicles as well. Quality parts and appropriate prices. 3 years agoI stopped in today for help with a part. After checking, the manager confirmed the store didn’t carry the part. They were extremely helpful, called the local OEM dealership, confirmed they had the part, and provided me the dealership contact information! It was a very pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent selection & staff. Always helpful by phone & when the sales staff stops by the shop. Inviting the AZ Spring staff over for customer appreciation was great.
Oreillys still lets you borrow tools and it really came in handy today wen we needed a certain star tip to fix the window on the back of are van. Plus they ended up giving some great advice that ended up making the whole ordeal much simpler cause all we really needed to do was replace some fuses!
I called to see if they had a battery for my Kia. He said that they did have one and it would be $190 but they couldn’t help me take out the old battery and put the new one in. I went across the street to Advance Auto and they did it without any issues.
I’ve been here several times and each time I have found the trip to be productive. Many of the staff have good problem solving skills and have helped me find what I need each time. Very rarely do I need to go elsewhere to find something.
Hello I went to a interview here with Ana and Yvette I believe her name was nice lady’s, felt like they wasted my time, came in they asked me a few questions, told me too take a quiz, the first one was practice they gave me a minute to do it and I did it then they gave me another one that said this was the real one and gave me 3 minutes to do it but stopped it a little bit under 2 minutes after looking at my phone then told me I didn’t get the job because I missed one and only did 35 questions of the 40 which apparently if I still had time after I did it I would have try to review it before telling them I was finished but I didn’t get that opportunity but by far the shortest and probably worse interview I’ve had, also was very unprofessional talking about employees behind their back while interviewing someone… so the employee Jose stop talking to your employees and work stop being lazy, they looking to replace you anyhow very unprofessional interview
