in the last weekI was in the area the day after we got some heavy rain and decided to swing by for a quick car wash. Once we left and ended up another store when I got out of my car I quickly noticed how TERRIBLE my car was. Doesn’t even look like I got a car wash. I do not recommend this place at all. And no I didn’t drive through anything that would make my car dirty. Since I don’t live in that area I didnt go back to get a refund or another wash. This picture of my car does justice.3 weeks agoIve been washing my cars in difrent places troughout the years. HANDS DOWN! This to me is the best carwash in town. The air compressors is the cherry in the cake.a week agoBoth Adriana and Tiffany are great people, they help you out with any questions or concerns you might have, they are always standing by, just to make sure that the car wash is working properly and if they see an issue they address it right away. I also love that they lend you drying rags, that is very helpful, that’s why I’ll continue to use “Take 5 car wash” for ever. 😉😉Thank you.
a month agoI’ve been there a couple of times and the wash to my vehicle has been great. I have not vacuumed my vehicle w them. But if i have to I would gladly use them for free. Great customer service. Obviously its a drive thru not a manual. It wont go deep into deeper areas. But I have been completely satisfied. Thank you for your service, and ovoid the great customer service. 😉😉3 weeks agoAmazing customer service! I usually take my car to the bigger name car washes in the Horizon area, but thought I would take a chance on the Take 5 Car Wash. A promotion they were advertising drew me in, but their customer service has made me a lifelong customer. Their staff is not only helpful and friendly, but the effort they put into having everything available to clean the car interior makes it worth every penny. Details and friendliness matter and makes a difference. Thank you, Take 5!

5 months agoThe car wash machine hit my side window so hard it broke my side mirror and ripped the plastic cover off from the bolts leaving it dangling. A report was done but they claim they are not liable even though there was complete proof it was done with their machine they just wash their hands and you have to pay for damages yourself. I would go somewhere else.3 months agocar wash was poor, had to get down and wipe the whole jeep again. this is what you get when u ask for tire shine, ill post a pic of it. dont recomend this place. my 6 year old can wash it better. waste of moneya week agoAlthough the customer service greeting & the guys drying at the end was superb….the carwash lacked. The carwash does not clean the tires/rims very well; doesn’t soak the body well. Sadly I will not be returning.in the last weekWished this place had compressed air at the vacuum stations to blow off the residual water from the mirrors. Good prices4 months agoEmployee broke mi passenger mirror, report was filed and no one called me for a resolution, not only that. Water streaks were left among the sides of my truck. If you’re looking for a proper car wash go somewhere else.

First and last time I’ll come here. Staff was great manager handled everything with care but their policy is ridiculous. They have a policy of “We are not responsible of any damages”. Broke my side mirror, company did nothing just a report and I couldn’t even get at least a free car wash. Nope they took my money and left me with a broken mirror. Thanks 👍
I really like this and I feel like it is better than Mister car wash because they hand dry your vehicle for free, however, FT scans your license plate and it has trouble every time that I go. So I have to wait until the employee types it in so I can go through
if you want your car to stay dirty you can rely on this car wash to do that for you. asked the clerk for a refund after showing her how my car was left and she said she said she couldnt issue one, total waste of money. Youre better off washing it at your house.
It’s a car rinse, not a car wash! Waste of time and money! Don’t expect your vehicle to look or come out clean! Bad service they can’t fold or remove your antenna even if you ask them to help. Aside from that, the wash isn’t a wash it’s a rinse! The people wiping/drying at the exit make things worse! Wouldn’t recommend this place!
Used to be my favorite car wash. Now I think it’s overpriced for what you get. This last time that I just went through I paid $22 for a best wash and then it gave me a basic wash so I had to complain and get them to send me through again so they can’t even get basic things correct it’s really sad I guess I’ll be paying someone to come wash it for me because that’s worth the money way more than these car washes.
