4 months agoChange of ownership. LUV replaced Wash N Go car wash and recently re-opened after couple of weeks of remodeling. I’ve tried their membership service for a month and this is my feedback.Pro: More use of soap for better wash, maybe too much. Should consolidate some. Better suction on each vacuum probably from better compressor installed. Customer service has improved a bit.
Cons: Price has DOUBLED. They are pushing hard for customers to sign up for a membership without explaining much. Not very transparent. Fortunately, canceling a membership was one call away so it was easy. One last wash ripped my BMW emblem away: see photo. But this kind of damage can happen at any machine car wash places, it’s a risk you have to keep in mind when washing your car at machine operated car wash.
Conclusion: These machine car wash places are popping up everywhere and although they are easy and convenient, HAND WASHING is the best. 1.7/5 ⭐️

Today we waited 28 minutes in line while one employee was working the carwash and another was leaning on a car having a chat while everything was at a standstill. New management and company has been a let down. Cancelled membership. Would not recommend this carwash.3 weeks agoDO NOT GO to this car wash if you value your paint job! I went here the other day and purchased their $22 premium wash and unfortunately did not notice the damage done to my roof and top of my trunk until later on! It seems like their top cleaning wiper roll isn’t properly calibrated. Very irritating considering I just bought this car brand new last month.2 weeks agoMy first time coming here and the customer service is excellent! The wash was great especially with how dirty my car was. The workers were friendly and there is never a shortage of clean towels! The vacuums are hands down the best ever! The air freshener that comes with your wash smells so good too!! Highly recommended!a month agoI’ve been coming to this location since it was Wash N Go. And I have to say the place looks great since the remodel. I don’t know why people are such haters, everything everywhere has gone up in price. So why is everyone so surprised. Every time I’ve been in I’ve had a great experience, there’s always plenty of towels, the vacuums and the air compressor is a plus. The employees are great and have always been very helpful. The new tunnel always gets the job done.

a month agoI love this place but about a month ago I placed one of there air freshers on my console around my gear shift and what ever chemical in it melted part of my console. Advise one of the manager and was told he would check with their vendor. No happy about this..a month agoGreat car wash facility, strong vacuums, delicious smelling air freshener that is included with every wash. The car wash itself even has aesthetic coloring. It’s an experience at LUV.But all of the above isn’t why I am rating this place 5 stars. The service is EXCEPTIONAL. All of my experiences with the attendants have been pleasant. They are very helpful.
One attendant in particular, Brian, 200% deserves a raise!!! A great attendant and an absolutely incredible human being. I was having a hard day today and then I run into some car trouble while parked at the vacuum station. Brian took the time out of his shift to remediate my car issue (it was quite some time!) and never made me feel bad for it. Brian was so patient, understanding, and helpful, especially for something that was out of his job description! So grateful for your help Brian! Thank you for making a hard day a little bit easier. We need more people like you in the world.
3 months agoThis used to be my fav car wash. The company switched ownership and they triple the prices. Doesn’t clean my car, and their car wash unit is always broken or doesn’t function right.. every time I come my vehicle always get stuck when the machine doesn’t work right. With the price being so high now you might as well go to a full service car wash3 months agoI recently had an outstanding experience at Luv car wash thanks to the exceptional service provided by an employee named Dominik. His commitment to customer service and willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me, and I’m so grateful for his help.Despite facing technical issues beyond his control, Dominik ensured that customer service was always prioritized. He went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of, even though he was limited in what he could do without the green light from the new manager on the team. Dominik was patient, understanding, and extremely professional throughout our interaction. His dedication to serving customers is truly commendable, and I felt like he genuinely cared about my satisfaction and well-being.
While it’s unfortunate that Dominik was limited in his ability to exercise better judgment due to his position, he still did everything in his power to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience. His approach to customer service was exceptional, and he handled the situation with grace and professionalism. I appreciate that he didn’t approach customers with suspicion, but rather with servitude, and that he was willing to do whatever it took to make sure that I left the car wash feeling happy and taken care of.
Overall, I can’t say enough positive things about Dominik and the outstanding customer service he provided at Luv car wash. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience, despite facing technical difficulties beyond his control. Dominik is a true asset to the Luv car wash team, and his commitment to customer service sets an excellent example for others to follow. I would highly recommend Luv car wash to anyone looking for exceptional service, thanks to employees like Dominik who truly care about their customers.
a month agoThis location can get busy… but for very good reason! The staff here is super helpful and the vacuum area is always fully stocked with items like towels and window cleaner in case you need to give it that extra clean look. I signed up as soon as this location opened as it’s the closest to where I reside and I won’t give up my membership!

they change the bussiness to luv express and doublecharge me as wasj and go and luv express. im cancelling my membership and going to Joes car wash which is 3 blocks away from them for only 14.99
Back before the management change, a simple cat wash was 5 bucks. The price now is 10 bucks for what was essentially the same thing. Does that justify a 200% increase in the wash price? Hey, I needed a wash and didn’t have time to shop around…..
Nice place to wash the car, not many people at this time of day.
Excellent service. Vacuums were very strong. Provided two towels as we entered the auto carwash. Several spinner/rollers. Just a couple of bug spots remained on front of the vehicle, but pretty good cleaning overall. Wheels were spotty clean as well. But very pleased overall. Would go back again.
