a week agoThis a great location Whitewater Car Wash located at 8440 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX , the managers are friendly and willing to help with washing your vehicles. The staff members here are genuinely kind and very respectful even in the Texas heat. The corner location makes it extremally convenient to roll through off of the highway and stop by for a wash and free vacuum, fresh clean towels to dry off your vehicle and small thank you token gifts! Although they might be a bit busy or have peak times, that lets me know they have excellent service and people enjoy coming to this location! I come here on a weekly basis! Who doesn’t mind waiting for customer service like that, which is hard to find these days. 6 months agoNice car wash for good price unfortunately people take advantage some spend close to an hour to detail their cars so that affects the rest of the customers. Saturday morning, they were sending customers to the race track gas station to wait for a bay to open so you can use the vacuums. I don’t think that’s fair you pay for a service and you only get half of the service.3 months agoBest car wash in Irving. Hands down! Vacuums, towels, customer service is always pristine!

4 months agoHad my seats shampoo and are left soaked which I didn’t thought would be them the towels they use are super Dirty or use them all for different purposes which I don’t see normal2 months agoFirst time coming to this place, i already was greeted with being offered the $30 or $40 specials and not a kind manner. When we asked what the differences were between which services, we were told that vacuum wasn’t free? And when we gave her my card, she didn’t even use the kiosk in front of me. They used a terminal that was away from the customers view. So when we had sat down in the waiting room, i happened to notice the man in red grab his pelvis and then touch my car and walk off and laugh. So afterwards we waited til the end and it still didn’t look clean, so my girl went ahead and checked and had to wipe down the car herself. And they came around and wiped after her after she already cleaned the area? And also one of the girls that worked there went ahead and made a comment thinking we didn’t know Spanish saying you got what you paid for? What kind of carwash is this? We never coming here again!!!3 months agoI’ve been going here for 3 years but after todays experience, they will never see me again. Terrible customer service, as I asked for the bottom of my car to be shined. The workers did not speak English and brought out a supervisor/manager. As I explained the issue to him, he bitterly half way wiped my bottom, I was shocked at the customer support. As I expressed my disappointment in service he tells me, “It doesn’t matter the bottom will get dirty again soon as you leave.” Just WOW3 months agoJeep Owners: this car wash will rip off your rear tailights and they will blame it on you. The first thing the owner said was; ‘the machine didn’t do it’ haha. Could have handled in a respectable way, but I’ll go elsewhere from now on. Seems others have had the same experience with different cars as well. Not worth it if it damages your vehicle and they just yell at you in a different language and say its your faulta week agoThe $30 deal is worth it. They clean the cars really well,take their time and ensure a squeaky clean. Have gone back several times

My car was still dirty after the wash there was trash EVERYWHERE most of the trashcans were overflowing, and only 5 of the 15 vacuums worked, this was the worst automatic car wash I’ve ever been to. I’ve included pictures of the crap left on my car and what the place looks like. It’s hard to see all the trash everywhere in the photos but it’s pretty gross in person. for those that are saying it good for a give dollar express car wash, that’s the only car wash I’ve ever used and I have never had one in this bad of shape, every now and then 2 or three vacuums won’t work or a trash can might be full but overall the places are always decently maintained and my car comes out damn near spotless. I will admit I did not ask if they could re wash my care but if it came out that dirty the first time I can’t imagine it would be that much better the second time.
Better then what I was expecting for $11…
I did like the air blow dry….
I’ve paid way higher prices for handwash and dry and was extremely disappointed at other places.
Will be back here more often and just do the small details myself…
Brush caught my windshield wipper a broke it. Notified attendant and owner but they won’t do anything about it. Do NOT go here unless you want your vehicle damaged or like spending money to fix it.
Loving this place! My car is clean, vacuums work GREAT and they even have towels to get the last of the water and a little air blower to get all of the crevices!!! This is definitely my place to go now! May even get the monthly so I can go regularly!
