But the Pelham location is hands down the best not only are the people great and easy to deal with, it feels like walking into a family owned business and you are part of the family. It’s also the hub location so they have pretty much everything in stock. I’ve included a picture of a bird for reference.a month agoI was interested in purchasing led headlight bulbs for my car. They give military discounts too.4 months agoService is good but expensive, a rotary cost more than the distributor cap, I don’t get that.a year agoTook a battery I had purchased last year from O’Reilly in. Battery wouldn’t hold a charge. I asked them to test it so I could get a replacement. The carried it to the back. When the clerk came out, he said it has to charge to test it. I asked how long, and he said about 1 hour. I told him I had a 3 hour drive and I couldn’t wait that long. I took the battery and put it back in the bed of my truck. I took it to a store on Mobile, Alabama. They tested it in 5 minutes, gave me a new battery.2 years agoThe young guy was very helpful and nice, he took my old battery out and put the new one in for me. Everytime I go in there I get good service with a smile.

Do all my automotive shopping there in Millbrook. The employees seem to care and are very helpful. Military discount is a huge benefit also.
Good store. Nice staff. Be careful and pay attention to part numbers for your vehicle. Otherwise you could be waiting 45 minutes for your parts to arrive from another store.
The 2 ladies at the front were very helpful with figuring out what kind of oil I needed for my car.
Needed a battery so I came here. The employee changed it out for me it even started pouring rain and he never once complained ! Thank you o’Reilly for saving the day!
