The lawyer that I worked with during my automobile accident was Michael Schmeltzer. He was Very responsive as answered all of my phone messages and email messages very timely. He obtained an outcome to my situation above what I was expecting.
He even dealt with a billing problem due to the insurance company that was to have paid all my debts months after my settlement. He follows through to obtain a positive resolution throughout the process.
Also the ancillary staff were very helpful and always pleasant to speak with during all my phone interactions. This is a very professional, ethical, and caring group of individuals.

Filed in the wrong court room twice even after I provided them the right case number. Took a year to even get into court. Lied about what was filed. Suppose to present a shared parenting plan and never did. Have the messages to prove it and the court papers to prove they didn’t provide it. Then gave me a bill. I paid 1800 up front. Then was told I owed 750. I paid it. Then 1500. Paod it. Then weeks after court another 850 on top of that. I asked for what. He replied with he got my bill mixed up and I still owe another 850 which I didn’t. I refused so he removed himself from the case. I paid over 3000 dollars to wait a year for a 3 hour court hearing. Only to find out my attorney never even provided a shared parenting plan in the first place. Terrible experience.
Very professional. Rob stayed on top of my claim and was always quick to reply to my questions. I would definetly recommend.
