a month agoCame here because my oil pan was leaking and I needed to pick up a quart of oil to top off my car. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me find exactly what I need. just about all you can ask for when it comes to an auto parts store.a month agoCame to the store to buy 2 front struts took them to my mechanic he said I didn’t need them so he called them and ask can I return them for the parts that I need they said sure but instead of them deducting the money from out the struts that I had bought which was $341. They re-charge me $146, then they had a nerve to return the $146 and keep the $341 and now he don’t want to give me my money from the receipt from the change of the $341 which will be $194 and some change if you ever go to them be sure to have money in cash. Do not use your debit card credit card nothing they are crooks, they do they went down here. They gave me the runaround for three days and still didn’t process my money back. Terrible people.a month agoBoe is my man! He has been selling me parts for my vehicle for years. If you want parts for your car……call Carquest….4th. They have no clue about what battery go on any vehicle. I went there to change the ignition battery for my Camry Hybrid. First they install the battery wrong way and blew up my fuse which i didn’t realize at first place (i hear the alarm went off and stop after 1 beep). Then they put it correctly and when we tried to turn the car on, it was dead already.
When i told them it’s because they put the battery wrong, they kept arguing that my hybrid battery is bad and that is the reason it dont start. They said they cant help it. Finally I towed my car to the dealer and they said the fuse box is bad and also they installed the wrong battery. They replaced the fuse box and installed the right battery. It cost me around $700 total because of the dump heads that work here.
Jose was fantastic. I brought my car in for a free battery check. It was not working as it was clear the battery terminals had significant corrosion. Jose then very thoroughly cleaned the terminals and the battery was good. He was great and refused to even accept a tip. I would definitely go back and trust Jose. Thanks!
Vinny I called the store late afternoon today and asked if they had a driveshaft and they said yes I said great I will be right there was a perfect fit highly recommend the store kind and courteous employees 👍
I was just released from the hospital. I had just changed my thermostat on a black silverado and came in to stop my cooling fan from coming on, and the woman working did a diagnostic. And the Manager on duty gave me the advice I needed to work out my issue.
Very proactive, came outside to have a look and ensure they were giving accurate information based on what was really needed!
