3 months agoShowed up here hesitant to pass my mustang through the wheel grabber carwash system afraid it was too low, however Employee Alain was able to check clearance to make sure I could pass through and recommended a great monthly wash package that got my car ready for the weekend looking super shiny. Thanks Alain! And thank you el carwash for the free vacuums and towels came in handy5 months agoZero Stars if possible. This place like the one in Hialeah is nothing more than really bad. i paid 20 bucks to get my Camaro cleaned up and it doesnt remove any tar or bugs that get stuck on the surface. Tire shine included BS. Look at the pictures. Also, I had some tire inflator caps and now they are gone. Torn apart by the inside machines. You fellows are better to a traditional car wash where real people wash your car. Also, the customer service is only gathering at the entrance gates. Speaking among them meanwhile the customers waiting to be attended. Worse place ever.Edit: you should use their vacuum for free and then go to the Shell Gas Station right next to it to get a proper wash. 4 bucks instead of 20 and u get the same results Bargain
a month agoAll El Car Wash is the best. But this location really is best always clean.. well kept. The attendants are prompt and ready to assist. The vacums always working. And powerful. It make cleaning our vehicle not a job but enjoyment. And our rides spotless and clean and fresh3 weeks agoI had a large bird poop on my car that was not cleaned by their machine and had to scrub it off myself. They were also out of towels at all the stalls that I checked so I had to get an old one from somewhere. Vacuums we’re strong though. The neon lights in during the car wash were a nice touch. Good for 10$.8 months agoNot a place to go if you want your car detailed or cleaned properly likely to have micro scratches on the vehicle, it will not clean mud flaps, it is only reasonable to vacuum, and it is not suitable for rubber mats or finalizing your vehicle. You must bring your own window cleaner. rags are always damp. customer service is below standard. workers were always standing around gathering. besides whoever’s inside where the car is actually being washed. They never have towels for the last hour or two.

3 months agoGood place to Always get a quick car wash with the varied of monthly package they offer. I have the el best which also cleans the tires. Staff is nice, the place gets busy all the time. I like getting wipes from them and cleaning the interior while I’m vacuuming the car. They also have a mat cleaning station. Love this place and will definitely recommend getting a membership.5 months agoFree vacuum and cleaning rugs no rubber mats. The only thing wrong is that you cant leave forward u have to reverse and leave. They need to put an exit. I was nearly hit by a car today and the driver and I got into an argument.3 weeks agoI regularly use El car Wash but I tend to avoid this particular location. They have it set up in a way that they don’t want you to come back in and clean out the car after you drive through the wash and therefore do not offer towel service which is part of what you pay for in the monthly membership fee. This is a bit ridiculous in my opinion because the car wash usually leaves a decent amount of dust and water on the vehicle. If you wanted to look good, you have to pull over and wipe down the wheels, excess water, etc.2 months agoI have the monthly membership here and I love it. There are some smaller locations but it’s a quick wash no need to get off the car unless you need to vacuum the car. You can go as many times as you’d like and it leaves your car sparkly clean.8 months agoAll over not a bad car wash but This place stays busy so Keep that in mind when you are just going for a quick wash off …also a lot of people will still wipe off their cars with a damp cloth even after getting out the car wash …I see that as just being a little extra in my opinion but 4 stars

I use to wash my car every month in this place, but yesterday I had a very disappointing experience, it was raining, the finish the car super quick and they told me is ready, when I check the job look it was awful.
Two of the employes said my car was stained from wax, and they said they only can do shampoo and water * means they don’t dry by hand.
I came home this morning I just remove all the dirt by hand in 5 minutes.
Even inside the interior was super dirty and not clean well.
Hope you improve your employes, to work better and don’t disappoint recurring customers.

Exterior car wash was $20 for my Tesla Model S. I lucked out an had no waiting during lunch time. I was very impressed with the staff who were friendly and conscientious about how they did their work. I walked through the bakery for the first time, and I can’t wait to go back there! Pinecrest Bakery has a good reputation and from what I saw today, I now know why!
The best ONE in all Miami Dade! Efficient with the timing, really detailing, and really fair price.
I used to live block away, but since I moved 45mins from here I still make the time to come.
It has a bakery/restaurant next to it so it’s pretty convenient or if you want to walk by the bridge and see the boats, feel free!
I live near by and I have used this car wash a couple of times. I thought it was super convenient since it was close and careful since there was people doing the washing. Unfortunately, I’m no longer going here because the last two times I’ve gone, they have scratched my brand new white car. I told them to their faces and they didn’t care. My car isn’t all that but I can’t imagine how irresponsible they might be with other cars. Do better!!
Great for the price….just come with realistic expectations. I’ve been coming here for years but just purchased a brand new truck, so there was a new level of concern for the quality of the truck’s first wash. After reading recent reviews, I started to research other car wash options. Not seeing any locally that had better reviews, I opted to go back to Car Wash 305. I spoke with the woman receiving my truck and discussed what was to be cleaned with their standard wash. She was also very clear on the wait time of 1.5 to 2 hours. I am completely satisfied with the end result. Keep in mind, I paid $35 for their standard hand wash service….not detail service. If you want that level of clean, pay for it. Additionally, if you feel they missed something you understand was covered in the standard wash, ask them to fix it. There is also a Pinecrest Bakery here to get food and enjoy their A/C while you wait.
