a week agoPaid 16$ for the automatic all American car wash. Don’t recommend. Did not clean or rinse.Update: Email was sent immediately after I was asked too. It has been 1 week. No Response or acknowledgment. A complimentary car wash is useless to me as I am a Canadian citizen back from vacationing in Virginia. With the exchange it cost me $22 for an exterior car wash that didn’t wash or rinse! I do not recommend.
a month agoThis carwash is usually clean and I usually feel comfortable here safety wise. The equipment usually works without issue. I did have an issue where the vacuum tokens didn’t dispense properly and there wasn’t an attendant on site to assist. I also wasn’t able to reach anyone on the phone, so the situation was never rectified. It’s a decent carwash all in all.4 months agoBring my truck here weekly. Normal do it yourself type place which I like. Also have a auto one as well. Uses tokens only and card. Has travel size car cleaning products.2 months agoI was there just to vacuum my truck out, the place was clean and looked well kept, no problem.8 months agoGreat location for to get your ride cleaned. They have automated and self serve stalls. My car was covered in salt from long ride, we used the automated stall and was very impressed with the outcome. Look to spend $15-20 for that option.

2 months agoWent here today and left very disappointed. My car was still dirty after going through the wash. And the vacuum was horrible. Very little, to no suction. One of the employees saw that I was using a vacuum next to mine so he came out and cleared the one by my car. But unfortunately it still had very little suction. I will need to go find a regular vacuum to throughly vacuum my car. Doubt I’ll be returning to this location, again.a month agoThis place sucks. I was told to tell the attendant to “pay attention” to the bird poo…..isn’t that his job? The bird poo was still on after I came out so I complained and they let me back through for free. This time the attendant pre-treated the bird poo. Guess what? Still not clean! Won’t be back.11 months agoThe machine had no soap. The clearly made me go twice and still no soap. I literally came to get my car watered and they did nothing about ita year agoShowing its age at times. Vacuums sometimes clogged. Sometimes integral part of the was seem to not be operating properly .Brushes a sprayers. Otherwise oka year agoNothing too much to say about the washing machine but the guys lemme waiting an eternity for just ONE rag. I talked to them twice and nothing for over 30 minutes. I didn’t like this.

Paid $7 for the “deluxe wash and dry”. The attached pictures were taken immediately after it was finished. As you can see, my car is neither clean nor dry.
Also, the receipt printer was broken, and the dryer’s countdown timer didn’t work.
I know I shouldn’t expect a whole lot for just $7, but this was still a waste of money nonetheless.
I had a terrible experience at this car wash. I wanted to use the soft brush automatic car wash. I swiped my card and it said that purchase was complete and for me to wait because wash was in use. There was no one in the car wash and it had a ❌. I then went into the do it yourself bay. I put my money in and turned pre-wash and there was nothing coming out of the sprayer. I heard bubbling coming from the brush. I ran over and tried to use the brush quick. Then I kept turning the dial and I thought I finally found the rinse. Nope. I spent $4 more dollars and finally rinsed my vehicle. Keep driving. Do not use this car wash.
This place is absolutely TRASH! This has been my local car wash for years now. Shame on you private owner! Nowhere in the 7 city’s is there a working touch less car wash. Lazy people, some self service lanes worked, most didn’t. Scammer alert, cheap money grab, zero stars if I could.
I feel like I just wasted $12 plus whatever I spent wadhing car myself. I used the do it yourself carwash first to try to get the bugs off. The presiak did t work. Then I went and spent $12 at the soft brush automatic carwash. Soap didnt come out, tire machine didnt work, One of the brushes didnt even touch the bck of my car. Then it barely dried my car. Won’t be wasting money here again.
Super expensive, $4 cash for 4 minutes or $7 credit for 7 minutes to start is ridiculous. Wash itself was middling at best. Vacuum didn’t work and ate my change
