  Excellent service. People are very friendly here and they do excellent work on your car. I have used their services with other vehicles and very pleased with the job they do. I have used the free vacuum with out using the carwash before because the particular car I did that for has somee alignment issues, therefore until that gets fixed I don’t want to send the car thru their machine. The staff was so friendly none the less. I will be using them for my car cleaning needs in the future. I also highly recommend them. I know many people that use their services many times a week due to the carwash packages they get. I offered a tip, but was informed they cannot take tips too bad. If they do a good job tips would be nice if customers wanted to give them. So instead of a tip I donated the money to a charity they support. Keep up the great work.

  Love this car wash! Best one in town! The free vacuums are a huge perk for this mini van driving mom if five. And the vacuums actually work really well. I’ll take an extra fifteen minutes to drive to this one.

  The Cambridge location has left marks all over my car and not fully washed it and I have always went to zanesville location since then. I have never had any issues with it until 4/26/22 when I left the car wash and noticed insane scratches all over my trunk and top of my car that I know were not there prior. All car washes leave scratched but these ones are insane compared to normal scratches going through car washes. I am very upset with my service and will probably not be returning

  Watch your credit card charges closely. Cancelled a subscription in Aug 2021 due to selling a car and charges continued until Feb 2022. Tried to get the fees refunded and was told “nothing we can do”. There are other businesses in town who operate with more integrity – will be cancelling the subscriptions on my other cars and getting a lawyer involved (which is ridiculous).

  Had bought the ultimate wash and detail. Explained what I wanted and told them I was willing to pay for it. They assured me that I was paying for the right package. After the service was done, I had notice multiple areas inside the car that was not even touched. I had spoke with the service man outside about the spots that were missed and he acted like he didn’t see anything and walked away. Will not go here again. Do not recommend.

  The quality of service has been going downhill for years now. Despite paying for the Ultimate service, my last visit was an ultimate disappointment. I even had to ask one of the attendants for a towel to wipe dirt/mud out of the door. I’m including pictures that were taken immediately after the “wash.”

  Gave the older white guy that was vacuuming 40$, to clean my windows good and just do a good job. He seems mad at his life and where he works. Stuff sprayed and not wiped down on leather and dashboard. Then pay the drying guys a 20 to dry and get the wheels. Thier towels were so soaked,it just left a mess,the wheels didnt get touched. This is a 100k truck. They didn’t care to take the time,even after given tips in each department. STAY FAR AWAY. Also left scratches on 1 of my wheels from brushes I guess…..

  A couple of observations the “tire shine” that’s included with our program was not evenly applied to our cars tires. Over all, the wash was good. My personal observation you are running cars through too close together there was less than 4 feet between our car and the one in front of us which in my opinion is WAY TOO CLOSE. If this continues we are considering going elsewhere for car cleaning services.

  If I can give half a star I would I took my car through earlier today and it was still dirty I even paid for the best car wash there’s still residue left on my car and soap behind and on the side of my car and don’t even get. Me started on the employees I think his name was Lauren he just look miserable it he had a disgusted look on his face and he was just flat out rude and had an attititude nor did he even care about safety or wellbeing of others he put me so close to the car in front of me and another so close behind me I felt like I was gonna get hit on both ends if this is how things are ran I’m scared to see the store manager and how he/she runs things if this is how their employees handles and treats others

  Update: I’ve tried calling maple Mayville heath and newark to report this to the manager and no one picks up the phone and I’ve called several times so good to know yall just ignore yalls phones

  Great new facility with a convenient location. The Interior vacuuming station is awesome. Two different attachments so that you can get the smallest of areas on your car. Easy in and easy out. The membership is a huge value to anyone who likes to wash their car on a regular basis.
