I’ve been going to this car wash for years. They recently changed formats which generally is good.

However, I have rubber floor mats and they used to clean them for free. Now that service is no longer available per one of the workers. I wish they would either offer that or install a machine to do that near the vacuums. Other carwashes offer that and this would be a great addition.

I have a monthly and have had it for over a year. I’m in and out 3 or 4 times a week and my car looks great. For some reason they don’t always open enough vacuums which leads to a very irritating wait. Otherwise, they’d get 5 stars.

Can’t lie, this was better than I expected. They do a better job at leaving it clean than what I’ve seen most do. Some guy named Edwin, he seemed pretty chill but man, he left my rims shining well and I’d definitely return. Great service!

It was okay. A little overpriced for basic car washes. However the staff was friendly and they even tape the rear wipers for you which was considerate. At the end of the car wash, they wipe your car dry.

It gets super busy and I waited a couple minutes for a car wash as well as vacuums. The vacuums are free however I wish did they had different sizes so we can get into the small crevasses in our cars.

I needed a place with free vacuums which is why I chose it but will not be returning.

I have a membership for all three of my vehicles and I visit Sam’s DAILY! Been coming to Sam’s since I could drive. The best washes, the best customer service. And they definitely make you feel like family. Especially Michael. He’s definitely a highlight. It feels good seeing familiar faces when you visit. Keep up the good work Sam’s and all staff. Continue to invest in your business and making your customers happy. We really do appreciate it.

    *DO NOT USE*

    I spent $57
$35 for the best wash and the rest for a couple of air fresheners. The best thing about this place was the cashier who was in a really good mood. Once my car was done being sprayed with water, it was time for the 8 workers to vacuum and wipe down my car, it took two minutes and it was not a good job at all. They barely even did anything before moving on to the next vehicle. I even asked for someone to come wipe down again and they just looked at me funny and walked away.extremely disappointed.

The receptionist/cashier lady was incredibly rude and made my visit a complete nightmare. It was such a headache dealing with her and it completely ruined my experience. I would never go back to Flagship Car Wash or recommend it to anyone else due to the poor treatment I received from this employee. It’s a shame that one person’s attitude can ruin an otherwise potentially enjoyable experience. Above all else, the seat cleaning service that I received was an absolute disappointment. I was expecting my car’s seats to be thoroughly cleaned and refreshed, but instead they looked no different than before. The seat cleaning service was a complete waste of money, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Overall, my experience at Flagship Car Wash was completely ruined by the rude employee and the subpar seat cleaning service. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone and will definitely not be returning in the future.

Been coming here for a few months since I moved from out of state.
Truthfully, I’ve never had consistent service. I’ve tried the top two interior and exterior washed and have had to ask why wasn’t a certain area cleaned when I paid for that package.
I still go because it’s better than nothing and the outside always looks great.

Recently with the leaves falling leaving residue on my car after it rains every other day I decided to sign up for a car wash membership which is around $55 for the one I chose. I went to pay and show the woman the barcode she said I had to travel to another flagship to get a barcode for her to scan and the code that the website gave me wasn’t enough and they didn’t know how to properly scan it on their iPad. So i have to drive at least 8-12 miles out for a barcode if i don’t she wants me to pay for the car wash despite having the membership.

To top it off- After explaining all of that to the Bethesda location they were extremely unhelpful and would not help. Besides telling me to come in. I would have never signed up for a $55 car wash membership if I have to drive that far to JUST activate it because someone doesn’t know how to use an iPad!! And the location doesn’t have barcodes. Inconsistent and a major inconvenience

I have been here three times and EVERY TIME the same thing. I pay for full service of my car and tires and the staff NEVER do it. I have to get an employee to resolve my issue of my car NOT being cleaned as I paid for. My last time was my last time.

What’s even worst a gentleman was arguing with the staff about the same thing!!

I wouldn’t recommend this location at all!!

Poor vacuuming all around. Center of seats were still covered in crumbs and dirt. They are too rushed to do a half decent job. Fine if you only care about exterior wash.

What can I say, it’s a car wash and the cats are usually available then I go and the machines all pretty much work all the time. Not too often I run into much of any trouble there. I do like how they have a card reading token dispenser, but I dislike that it doesn’t always let you know when it’s out of service until after you’ve paid.

Decent self service car wash. Unfortunate that bucket washing is not allowed. Also, careful of the wash bays as there are nails and screws on the floor, leading to possible flat tire.

Site is very clean and maintained. It’s my biweekly car grooming location.
    No complaints

Good self-service car wash! Fast and clean. I’m new to Oxon Hill and will come back! You can’t beat that price! 👌🏻👍🏻

Drove 30 minutes here because apparently self service car washes are a thing of the past. Decent facility with a total of 8 bays. My complaint is NO HOT WATER! You can’t effectively(even if you bucket wash) get a vehicle clean with cold water. I know it’s probably expensive to heat the water but I would pay a premium to actually be able to get my truck clean. Also the soap was either almost our in my bay or the mixture is really weak. Could hardly tell the difference between high pressure soap and high pressure rinse.
