  I met a friend at the location so she could wash her car. She chose the brushless automatic one, and I rode with her through it. After the car was washed, we proceeded forwarded but the dryers were not working. So her and I ended up drying it ourselves with shammies that I keep in my truck. That is unacceptable since she paid for it , and there was noone in the office to tell about the issue,.

  A terrible value! The vaccums were pathetic—several stations were broken (missing hoses) and the one I used had the worst suction ever. Would barely pick up anything and then I noticed duct tape around the hose. I was going to choose the $8 option but I chose the $11 one because it had “free vacuum”. Of course if you pay for the vacuum by itself it’s $1 so I got ripped off there. There are many wonderful, state-of-the-art places for about the same price. Visit them, not this one.

  I drove thru the automated touchless bay, moved up to wipe down, and still had dry dirt all over the lower front of the car.
  Showed the employee, who said, (l could send you thru again, but probably won’t help.
  I just said , tell someone that might listen. And wiped it of with a dry rag. Clean

  I will preface this by saying that my review is not about the quality of service provided by Zach and team. They did a great job with my car! My complaint is about the pricing and lack of transparency. When I called, I was quoted $155.95 for an interior detail of my subcompact hatchback (very small.) I thought that was high, considering I have paid $100 for the same service in Lawrence. When I arrived, I asked the front desk to double check the pricing. She spoke to someone and came back with $139.95 (Large Cars/Ext. Cab Pickups). I still believe I was overcharged $24, which I would much prefer go toward tipping the staff who went out of their way to provide me with excellent customer service. I do not understand how anyone could consider my vehicle to be “large.”

  I only got the basic wash, then windows dashboard and vacuuming floors and seats with the à la carte. I was told right from the start but they couldn’t guarantee all the dog hair in the backseat of my car and I said it has to look better than what I did. Well I think they did a great job. Looks like before I had a dog back there at all and the young guy at the end even put the seat cover that I have bought for the dog on the seat for me. So I give him a great big thumbs up and the five stars. Definitely be back again!

  They apparently don’t have a very good idea about what clean is recently. Just got this cleaned today with the additional services and this is what I ended up with today in the photos posted. And there was supposed to be pina colada air freshener that I could not smell after. Solidified my thoughts of just doing it myself at home from now on. Never thought that I would have to wash my car again after wasting a hefty amount of money to have a “so-called auto washing and detail company” attempt to clean my vehicle. This place has really gone downhill over the past several years. If I ever feel the need to take my vehicle somewhere for a cleaning, it’ll be just to take it to a self wash place, then take it home to finish with the detailing, since I’m having to do that now anyway.

  I don’t go there as much cause every time I always have to tell the worker to clean the inside edge of the doors even the trunk area. As much as it cost I fell a better job should be taken seriously.

  Earlier in the day this would have just been one star but Shelby did try to make things right. About 10 this Tuesday morning we stopped in and then returned about 3 to correct the problems with our wash. We were greeted by a very friendly attendant but the young lady at the desk seemed apathetic and more interested in her phone. Our $22.95 +$1.50 for an SUV 5 star wash was worth, at best, about half. I do not expect detailed work at that price but obvious debris should be vacuumed or wiped away and the bug guts should be wiped off the windshield. When we returned, Shelby was friendly and readily agreed to vacuum and rewash the car. The end result was little better than the first. We opted to go home rather than pursue the matter futher because it was hot and late in the day. The pictures show the results after each wash. If you need a quick, basic wash Eagle is just fine but I would not pay above that point.

  The young employees are courteous. I like the damp towels provided for cleaning the dash etc. My vehicle comes out very clean. One of the best drive throughs I’ve ever utilized. I pay monthly as a member.

  Place is dangerous and they will not accept liability for accidents. My vehicle is continuously ran through within a few feet of other vehicles and have now witnessed two accidents because of it. My neighbor just had it happen to him and he said they insist the only claim is with the driver of the other vehicle! His insurance agent says they hear dozens and dozens of these from Club Car Wash per month. There are also never towels stocked to dry my vehicle any longer and it just doesn’t seem to get my vehicle as clean as other automated washes.

  The actual carwash drive thru was good but those that work the drive-thru need to be more educated on what services they are trying to sell. When I came to sign up my wife’s vehicle, a guy working the booth told me the military discount got me $20/mo for MVP. I asked him if it was actually for the MVP since there was a sign directly in front of us that said $20/mo for Elite and he still said it was for the MVP which after looking at the receipt it said Elite even though he said he signed me up for MVP. The next day I came to sign up my vehicle, I was told the Elite and MVP were practically the same so getting the Elite would be a better deal when in reality the MVP was better because of the ceramic polish/wash used was better then the Lava wash that is in the Elite. Plus, the towels that are provided by the vacuums had strong mildew odors. Aside from that, not bad.
