  This is a busy location but they manage to still get everyone through quickly. There are many locations in town but this one seems to have the best customer service! My favorite car wash!

  I am a car wash fanatic! Excellent and friendly staff! Great location and well kept lot! Complementary vacuums. Wash could be improved. I have tried numerous franchises and local car washes. Unfortunately every single time I go to Mister on Division I am very unhappy with the results. I’ve tried all washes including bottom, middle, and upper price points. I have been there approximately 8 times. Last year the washes seemed to do a better job than this year. Most every time there is a significant amount of soap still on the car after the rinse and dry cycle. Untouched dirt areas that most microfiber drive through car washes clean very decently. Water is always expected but not high amounts of soap. SEE ATTACHED PICTURES.

  Very upset with the visit tonight. Usually when you go here the rinse the front and back of your vehicle especially on SUVs. Tonight they did not rinse it off, just drove to Butte MT and back car needs a wash. The entire rear hatch is half clean major spots missed. I approached a manager about it and was told “special request can be asked but we let the carwash do its thing, and we have been slammed and not spraying of vehicles” I disagreed I’ve seen them rinsing cars off especially ones filthy when they are slammed and a long line. I was the only vehicle in line. I told the manager “maybe I should discontinue my membership and was told “go ahead I don’t care have a nice night.” I’ve never had to ask them to rinse my car off before I’ve asked them to scrub it because of heavy bugs or road grim the carwash misses. Absolutely disappointed with them tonight. Emailed corporate seeing what the response is.

  9a.m. Friday 4/23 , 1 lane open. Ppl backed up on Division. Monthly customer. Ffs hire some ppl. You ain’t the only mfrs providing membership bennies

  Continued. Following week? Still down to 1 lane. Strongly considering another car wash

  Continued 5/7/21 still hasn’t got it figured out. DON’T COME ON FRIDAYS

  Went thru in a rental car from Turo. Their pass had expired. A bit of confusion on the attendants part. Told him not to save my card info. He didn’t listen. So started getting many charges on my card from this company. Not entirely the fault of the company as a whole but very negative experience in this regard

  Been taking my 4 vehicles and my 5 taxi cabs to BOTH North locations for as long as i can remember, and i moved here in 1999.
  BOTH of the North locations Managers & most of the employees there knew my first name, always recognized my Wrangler & my C-10 when i was pulling in. Over the last several years though, the turnover (even before SARS cousin came to town) has been so that i don’t know ANYONE anymore. They always knew what to do when i pulled in with my soft top jeep & my pickup.

  It’s still a great operation and car wash….MOST of the time? I can’t agree with their higher pricing anymore though.😐😔

  I started using Mr. Car wash about 8yrs ago. Ever since my first visit, they had sprayed my car with the power sprayer. The service has always been incredible. The staff is always nice. The politeness of the staff hasn’t changed. But I wonder when and why they decided to stop spraying cars that has some kind of dirt on them. I understand the summer period and thought to myself they’ll get back to spraying cars before you go into the tunnel in the winter. But now it’s winter. Even with obvious snow on my car. They didn’t bother to spray it off. I hope this changes sometimes soon.

  100% DO NOT RECOMMEND if you have a new car. My car is now covered in these little scratches, and I have chips out of my hood. They pile cars right through and don’t do a very good job of cleaning the equipment. I will be canceling my unlimited membership.

  Unfortunately the first time thru was super fast and brushes didn’t even barely touch my car. Had to go thru second time, it was better. The staff paid for the second time. Staff are understanding and super friendly. For $16.00 plus tax, it needs to slow down and actually clean the car.

  I knew there would be a line when I went on winter’s first sunny day. Waited about 20 minutes and expected a shiny car after the wash. Got home and looked at it. Worst car wash I’ve ever gotten. My dark blue car was a dull gray. Windshield was dirty all around the edges. I was so disappointed. They say you can return if you aren’t happy, but who wants to sit in that line again.

  Terrible experience today. I use this on my way from North Idaho to the Spokane airport. Tried to use the automatic car wash for my Shelby GT350. Car wash malfunctioned and had to leave. Upon leaving the door closed on the hood of my Shelby before I could exit. The attendant chided me and then realized I had paid and had a receipt. Refunded my money and tried to convince me car was okay. Arrived at airport and rinsed the hood with water. There are scratches in my hood stripes that will require detailing. Terrible experience. Uncaring attendant. No regard for damage to a nice car. Will have to get car buffed, detailed, and fixed. Terrible place. Don’t use. Expensive car wash with staff that don’t care

  I just moved here and had looked at the prices and was surprised by the high prices. I decided to get the $13 wash, never noticing the extra sign that says drying the car is not included.Seriously? How ridiculous!! Blowers cost them nothing. Super inconvenient. The high pressure wash is not effective on the tires.

  e and wash my car by hand. This place used to be good, but something changed. $3 for 3 minutes and it takes 20 seconds for the cycles to actually change. I will never go back. Waste of money.
