  The staff were exceptional. My complaint is that over half of the vacuum stations are not working and it’s been like this for a very long time. When is this going to be addressed? On a nice day we have to wait for a functioning vacuum. I have considered canceling my service for this reason.

  This review is for management, amazing service! Carwash made mine shine and incredible deals for the value. Almost had a diesel collision and the manager saw I was a bit shaken, but did everything to answer questions, making things quick and easy to get clean and home to safety. You have no idea how much you helped! Thank you so much!!!

  I have been a club member for years. Zips has gone way down in customer satisfaction. This specific location has only had 2 vacuum cleaners working for well over a year. Now when I take my car through the wash the water pressure is low and I leave with soap all over my windows and my rear view mirrors side windows and back window are now murky and my car looks more dirty than it did going in

  The employees are always kind, helpful and welcoming. However, the vacuums hardly ever work. I don’t even try them anymore. They haven’t worked the last 8 times I tried. Also,the grass and weeds are growing out of control and the last time I drove up, it made me wonder if they were even open.

  My info was stolen from this place a year after cancelling. I don’t even live in this state anymore and was charged for someone using my info. Cant talk to anyone. Nice! Ugh.

  Express pass only works at 10% of the time. One lane always closed. The car wash always has a bad motor problem, so I am told by staff. I have four vehicles with the premium wash and pay for monthly. I have found it hard to get any of my vehicles washed “premium” without having to go into the office and be told by staff that previous managers have been fired for stealing from company and they will not honor what I pay for my vehicles with premium wash. Zips was well run when it opened and was happy with the service. What happened to those good days. I am planning to cancel my membership unless things change there for the better very soon.

  I have been a Zip’s customer for several years, but unless things improve, I will be cancelling my membership. I washed my car this week, and the service was horrible. One of the large brushes wasn’t working at all. My car came out of the wash still dirty on one side, and several areas still had soap suds that didn’t rinse off. Zip’s has always had great vacuums, but they weren’t working properly either. They need to solve their mechanical problems ASAP.

  Many features/components of this car wash have been broken for an extended period of time. You can go through the wash repeatedly and it’ll never be even 80% clean. The attendants don’t pay any attention while “guiding” your car into the lane, causing your wheels to hit the rail guides. Unfortunately, I will be canceling my subscription after experiencing this car wash rapidly go downhill without necessary equipment being repaired for several months.

  Honestly my wash was fine. But instead of paying myself, an attendant came up and did it for me, then tried to aggressively get me to get a membership. When I said no thank you, he kept pushing and I had to decline a few times. It just felt a bit aggressive and I didn’t expect that when going for a car wash of all things

  WARNING READ BELOW ! Update 6/28/22 RocketFast has followed exactly like I predicted, Amerishine down the street increased their prices and it didn’t take long for the greed to spread to Rocket Fast. This car wash like most start off running correctly, then the wear and tear sets in and the greed hits the owners, the quality declines, then the prices increase. NO MORE ROCKETFAST FOR ME! Fairly new and well maintained. You receive a decent car wash although this type of carwash is not good for clear coat paint especially darker colors like black, it will buff swirls into the finish. All these contact type washes do this , there is no way around it. Tuesday is $2.00 off day so it’s great price. They are concerned about damaging your vehicle, so they do power wash the dirt and mud off before you enter the wash and they tape down the rear hatch wiper on SUV’s so the brushes won’t tear it off or damage it. This is the June 2022 update, some of the equipment needs to be replaced, and frequently checked especially the nozzles on the vacuum cleaners, at some have crack from either constantly being stepped on or run over by vehicles none the less this causes loss of suction preventing adequate cleaning and they should be replaced. I didn’t like to lower the 5 star rating, but I feel that if you’re the owner claim to run a tight ship and you should be on top of the maintenance process or at least have your employees or managers do their jobs correctly by regular equipment inspections. I hope this business doesn’t become like other area car washes attempting to make lots of money with minimum equipment repair and maintenance. If things change the five stars will once again be deserved. Update 10/1/2022 Warning this carwash will literally damage your car, rip trim parts and pieces off, scratch and remove paint. Always check the entire exterior of your vehicle before leaving the premises. These new managers will lie and deny any liability for the damages caused by this wore out equipment. Amerishine down the street is totally rebuilding it’s wash with brand new equipment.

  OMG…I found a new place to wash my car💃🏾🤸🏾‍♀️😊 Yep RocketFast Car Wash. It was my first time and definitely many more to come. The area was clean and well kept. I saw a parking lot attendant monitoring the trash area, making sure the vaccumun hoses were wrapped on the hook securely and picking up trash/debris. Upon entering you can wash off your car within an area designated to do so. They have barrels of water with brooms for you to do so. Then you pull in to purchase your wash, simple. Yess the machine does take cash or credit/ debit cards 🤗☺. Im telling you, for the price the quick wash( you really do get a rocket fast wash). I enjoyed the experience. I had only one complaint. My car was not dried completely. The back part of the trunk, the side mirrors and top of car was still wet. BUT most importantly my car was clean and so were the tires, first go-round.

  I went to rocket fast on mansfield rd. Saturday 9/25/21. I went thru the carwash and the car wash tore my car up. They wrote a incident report and said someone will get back to me. I called monday&Tuesday no answer or call back. Wednesday 9/29/21 I went up there and talked to Brian. He said he would look at the tape. 2hrs later Mike calls me back and says it was previous damage to my car so they will not pay for it. I asked him show me what previous damage. He shows me this camera footage stating that since it wasn’t laying flat that makes it previously damaged and they won’t pay for it. They told me the brushes didn’t damage it the blower blew it off. Then to add insult to the injury my car wasn’t even clean.
