  Stay away from this car wash facility. I washed my 2009 Toyota Highlander there on 02/05/2022 and the next day, I started to notice that my paint was peeling off from roof and hood and within 3 days there were significant paint damage (Pic attached). I went there next week and talked to the manger. He told me to fill-up a damage claim form and they would check their camera to see the previous condition of the paint. He said I would get a call back within 3 days, but I never received the call. After waiting 1 week, I went there again to talk to the manager. This time he said my claim was right, but vehicle was more than 5 years old. Their policy only covers newer vehicle. I came back and called my insurance and I had to pay $1,000 deductible to fix the paint. I believe their washing liquid was stronger than it supposed to be. They will always find an excuse if you have damage- A corrupt business policy.

  I decided to edit my original review because it’s much better since then…. I know they get tired of seeing me. Lol! The vacuums work perfectly, strong suction! I purchased the membership and it’s definitely worth it. The workers are nice and helpful. I don’t expect my car to be perfectly clean but it does a pretty good job!

  Great car wash! They lend you cleaning rags and vacuums for free. I pay a monthly fee and i love my unlimited carwashes. Keeps my car clean at all times. Customer service is superb. They even power wash my mats.

  I come here all the time. I only get the $7 car wash and love it! The guys working are always great, there’s always fresh towels infused with window cleaner which I love, and the vacuums are powerful which I need to get up the dog hair in my backseat. Love this place!

  I’ve had much better car washes. The 2 times I’ve been here there are still bug guts and tree sap on my car. Not to mention all the water spots from after the drying. Won’t be returning.

  Poor quality car wash for a high price at the Nacogdoches location. One of the brushes was not moving inside the car wash. The car is not clean. The vacuums do not have good suction. Will never return to this location. See photos – $22 wash on 22 May 22. Disappointing.

  I have a membership so I stopped in at this one when I was on that side of town. What a terrible experience. When I pulled up the attendant had such a sour look on his face that I almost backed up and turned around. Then the actual car wash left the whole back end of my car dirty. The vacuums had hardly any suction at all. I believe this is a relatively new car wash but I felt like I was in the ghetto. All the paint was chipped and everything was so dirty. Not kept up well at all. Go somewhere else to get your car washed. Hopefully you can avoid that sourpuss attendant. He obviously did not want to be there.

  Not vacuum pressure, you feel how spinning arms hit your car and I believe they are not using the right detergents because the car stayed in the same condition, paid GO PREMIER option $17.00 single wash not recommended.

  I always get a very nice carwash so I now have membership. Prior to membership; I did get a bad wash
  once & they just had me to drive through again at no additional cost. The employees are nice to me. The only thing that worries me sometimes is when a driver is to close behind me.

  Close to ending my membership. Today my car wash ended with just a bunch of soapy water left all over my car. I’m constantly going between here and the old Bee Clean on Silicon Dr due to either one doing a half done job. Made a complaint to the Silicon Dr location and nothing changed with no reach out from management in the past.

  Fast and fun car wash with a number of different packages for monthly users or the single car wash fan. I’ve never experienced any problems here. It does seem a bit pricey with their cheapest single wash at a little over $8

  I used to be a monthly subscriber for my two vehicles. I decided to cancel due to constant issues with their car wash system. There was always a problem with one or more of the following:

  – soap dispenser
  – buffer
  – tire shine (right side)
  – first and last stage of rinsing
  – panel brush

  I’ve been to several GO Car Wash locations. This one has too many mechanical issuses that seem to be ignored or just take a long time to address.

  If you have a subscription to GO Car Wash, I would not recommend this location. Especially after the recent price increase.

  Every week I go and get a car wash at De Zavala location, I pay for the 9 dollar service.
  Today I went to get the same service and when my car got into the car wash none water or chemicals were applied to my car, so I went to told to the “Mexican guy” , he told me that when you pay for the cheapest wash it’s like a raffle you can get wash or you don’t get it because you’re paying the minimum amount, he offered me their most expensive service so I could see that if pay that amount I will always get a shiny car, he gave me that service for free I can’t notice the difference between a 9 and 23 dollar service, it bothers me because I’ve going to that location for a long time.

  I love this car wash. It used to be. 🐝 wash. Since they changed it to Go car wash. What I like it about the change is that you have cover from the sun and the air nozzles to spray, off the seats and other tuff areas it cleans your carpet and interior with that air hose. Magnificent. Now that’s a game changer the price went up. However the towels and the air hose make up for it. It’s great they provide towels I wish they cud provide wheel and interior and cleaning supplies. I was in California and the car washes there provides all that . How awesome for them. I loved that no need to take all those things with you since they have it all there to use. However I’m back home and m. No the Go car wash has their on name brand towels, when I came back this August is when I saw there new blue towels so many people are going to take some. I have to admit I did too. But I brought them back!! Just got to hit the sun didn’t cover my area well. Went to shade at my home. 😆😁 so yes use the towels just don’t take them. Or your grandchild will tell you” Grandma’s someone else will need to use them. Guilty 🙋‍♀️
