  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! How does my car go into the car wash perfectly fine just to have it teared apart coming out? Ivan and Gordon are managers at the 1480 South 300 West car wash and their customer service was definitely poor! I had to ask for some kind of compensation since Gordon said it would take 48 hours! The incident happened Monday and it’s Thursday! How frustrating! Ivan being whatever position he is, said the footage shows my car was already damaged! If it was damaged before I WOULD’VE SEEN THIS IVAN!! Don’t think I’ll stop here!! I would not recommend Mister Car Wash on 1480 South 300 West!!

  Great car wash! Super friendly staff! The vaccum’s aren’t the greatest, need better suction & if u go at the wrong time there’s a huge line, but other than that it’s a good wash for the money.

  Love this car wash! My only request would be that they add towels like many of the other chains offer. It is quick and easy to get in if you have a membership pass, you simply drive up to the gate, it scans the sticker on your windshield and off you go! The staff is always happy and smiling and that’s always nice to see for a change!

  The salesman at the front was generous and friendly to me as a first timer. I have a 30 minute commute each day so bugs and grime accumulates rapidly on my car. Despite the thousands of bugs and dirt/mud buildup around the bottom of my car, it came out of the wash super clean. I plan on going back and would highly recommend!

  Worst experience ever. I’ve been going to this particular car wash for 3 years and never had an issue until today. I took my parents car in after they drove in from WY and their car was filthy. I’m not familiar with their car and after I pulled up to actual wash, I accidentally put car in different gear than neutral. As I was correcting my mistake, the man who was directing me in to car wash became very aggressive verbally with me raising his voice to put it in neutral, which I already did. I had my brake on as he was berating me and I was apologizing. Then he began to raise his voice again while using a condescending tone telling me off about my brake on. Honestly I was so shook by his aggressive manner that I kept screwing up. He then said very angrily, “Put it in neutral, take your foot off the brake, take your hands off the steering wheel and roll up your window. Jesus.!” I’m a clinical social worker and I know abusive behavior when I see it. This persons anger and aggression level was abusive. There were dozens of other ways he could have handled this. I admit I messed up and I completely realize how damaging to the car wash equipment it could be. I get the urgency. But that does not justify this man’s reaction ever. He is older, white male with grey/white goatee and with a paunchy stomach. I was too shook to get his name. After I got home and told my parents and two adult daughter’s, they encouraged me to write the corporate office and do reviews. Just one bad customer interaction like this has now lost you 5 customers.

  UPDATE: Chase the manager called me to apologize and get more input. He was very professional and apologetic for my experience. Chase is obviously a good manager based on my experience with him. However, I was informed that the man who lost his temper with me is actually a manager in training. My input was that this individual displayed such poor reasoning and lack of anger management that he has no business being a manager and in particular over women or dealing with female customers. This type of misogyny has no place anywhere. I will not return to a place that I do not feel safe at.

  I do like that they have free vacuums and free mat washers but what I don’t like is that they will refuse to let you through the wash if your car has any mud on it. I was in the line for about 10 minutes and it wasn’t until I got to the front they finally told me they couldn’t send me through because I had mud on my car. I was still a little unclear why they wouldn’t but I just decided to go to a different wash place that would accept me. I probably wont be going here anymore.

  They were very friendly and did a nice job of cleaning the interior. The car wash didn’t clean all the bugs off the front of my car though. I think there needs to be some kind of preparatory soaking and scrubbing at the beginning of the car wash. Other places I’ve gone to do this.

  Went in got a car wash charged $25 and it was horrible job and they scratched the rear of my 2022 Avalon luckily I had scratch remover which made it barley noticeable don’t reccomend this place unless you wanna pay premium for half asked car wash

  The actual car wasn’t the best (super expensive). Then I realized the extra money is because they provided towels and cleaning products for the finishing touches at no extra charge. They could perhaps be more on top of having clean towels, but it was the holiday weekend and super busy.

  Don’t use this car wash! If you ever decide to cancel you won’t be able to do it. You can never get ahold of anyone and if you do talk to someone after waiting on hold for 10 minutes you can’t actually cancel. All you can do is put a request to cancel and no one will call you back. If you try to fill out a request to cancel via text message no one will contact you back to actually cancel. I’ve never in my life seen anything like this. I just want to cancel my membership and so far it’s taken me almost 3 months and still I can’t get ahold of someone. Don’t sign up for this carwash.

  This place is a scam! They price it so the only option that makes sense is a monthly pass. But Every time I come they have the car wash “unavailable for maintenance” and the vacuums and mat cleaners are not working. The employees are nice and helped me cancel my membership. Time to go to another car wash 💀

  I came in with an extremely muddy vehicle after searching all over town for a place to wash it that day. After talking with the employees, they said we will see what we can do. Zain and Chance went ham with the pressure washers getting everything cleaned off and ran me through the wash twice. They did an absolutely phenomenal job with something they could have easily turned me away on. That is quality customer service. See the photos for a before and after!

  You might as well be running a scam. I wanted to try out the fast pass for a month in march, the clerk messed up and put my information as recurring and they wouldn’t let me cancel without that tag number. So I ended up going back in around June specifically telling them that I wanted to cancelled and now there’s another freaking charge on my card and it’s in October. I basically paid them extra 100 dollars without getting a single car wash. Thanks for lying to me when you clearly 1. Signed me up for longer than I wanted 2. Continue to charge me even though I both went in to cancel and calling to cancel. I ended up having to call my bank and get a new card. Yeah it’s a scam don’t use them.

  Tunnel equipment seems really outdated. They spray and brush your car before you go in. Seemed like they were using the old school fabric wash fingers instead of the newer style that I believe are meant to be less abrasive.
  Overall, if looking for a tunnel wash I’d just go to the Quick Quacks for the better equipment.

  I have a pass to Quick Quack (don’t love them) and my wife has one to Freddy’s (they’re good but slow). I wasn’t near any so I thought I’d give the old super sonic a shot.

  Paid 22 dollars for a very mediocre wash. Tires were barely shined. The back was almost more dirty than before I went in.

  And then the vacuum had next to no suction even after they fixed them.

  Supersonic was better.
