  I go to Autobell off and on for an interior and exterior cleaning. I usually get a fair job done which I guess is what I expect for the price (and why I try to not go very often). However today was not the case. Analise was awesome!!! Very friendly, very hard working and took her time to do a good job even though there was few workers and many cars. I really appreciate her work ethic of doing her best despite the circumstances and not caving to the usual “get it done quick and move on” attitude. Thank you Analise, I may come more often if you stick around :0)

  The carwash does a really good job getting your vehicle clean. But if they damage your vehicle like they did mine the will not fix it. They will claim it was already like that before you go in. “Edit”Green clen is a joke your response is a lie. I reported it immediately and never heard a thing back until I kept pursuing the matter. Then they told me the machine didn’t damage my vehicle and told me they wouldn’t pay. Funny the part was attached to my vehicle before I went in and the manager had to go inside and pick up the part before someone else ran over it.

  I went to get my SUV washed on Sunday afternoon and purchased the $12 wash. When I got home I noticed it looked like a asked my 7 year old to wash the car. The car looked like the brushes missed about half the car. You could see the dirty and clean spots from the brushes. I regularly wax my car and there was no mud or anything on the car, just normal driving in the rain dirt. I’ve never experienced this from the car wash in Harbor View. I feel like I wasted $12.

  I really like going to this place the price to wash your car is very reasonable and the vacuums are free if you have any problem the attendant is right there to take care of it on the spot they are polite and very courteous and they use their manner’s yes sir and no sir or yes ma’am and no ma’am that is why I go there

  2nd time I’ve had to report damage to my 2021 Tahoe and it wasn’t covered the first time. I had to fix it myself and I doubt they’ll fix it this time. This place is absolutely ridiculous and they need to shut down immediately! They need to take responsibility for their wrongs!! I will not stop posting 1 star reviews until you guys pay for the damages!

  Not happy with my visit. I bought the minimum car wash and hand dry/vaccum. I paid $25.99 + $10.00 dollar tip. There was debris on my carpets. Leaves and dirt in the back floor and in between door and seat. Out side was hit or miss with dirt on car and windows.

  This is a great place to bring your vehicle if you’re in a rush and are on a budget. This is not a car detailing business. I’ve seen some posts out here, bashing them for not doing a good job, but those posts are from people wanting a $300 detailing for the cost of $40. These guys and gals are fast and efficient. I spend a lot of time out at a muddy farm and just wanted my truck to look decent. They did just that and within 30 minutes. If you’re wanting an amazing detail (down to the nooks and cranies) I suggest you find a mobile detailing service that will come to you and be prepared to spend more than $100. I had an excellent experience and will definitely be back. Oh!! And tip these hard workers, they deserve it!
