  I’ve used Clean Freak since 2018 at multiple locations and have never been disappointed with the service or the customer service. Although on this occasion I had taken my elderly uncle’s vehicle to get cleaned (he pays for the monthly service plan of unlimited washes). He had just taken the vehicle there the week before but didn’t vacuum because it’s too hard on him so when I went I vacuumed the vehicle and had it washed after running the vehicle through twice as you will see in the pictures it was not clean I had to take it home and wash it myself which didn’t make very pleasant for me because it’s cold outside that’s the whole idea of paying a monthly fee for unlimited washes. I had brought it to the attention of the young men who were working that day. They asked me to go through the second time and they treated the back of the vehicle by throwing some soap on it with a brush and scrubbing or so-called scrubbing which did not remove the dirt. After going through the second time and the dirt wasn’t removed I then brought it to their attention again and the young man had told me that it’s hard for the car wash to get the back window and back door of the vehicle I’ve never had problems before but now I’m very unsatisfied with this and my uncle is also and is planning on canceling his monthly subscription.

  I tried a long time ago and the wash was great. Recently purchased a new car, and ran it over there to get a wash. The service is very friendly and I vaccumed ahead of time, the suction was great.

  When I went through I was offered the one month trial which I accepted. I went through the wash, but after? My car was dirtier than it had been before! Spots ALL over the car, and it didn’t dry at all.

  After a quick road trip to San Diego where we got stuck in a dust storm, I decided to give it another try. The car might actually look WORSE than it did after the dust storm! And the back? Nothing wet even touched it. Again, it did not dry. Very friendly, and a lot of potential in the idea… the wash is just no good.

  Will have to cancel until I see improvements.

  I went through there and there was little to no soap I really don’t appreciate my car getting a wet wash with no soap risking the brushes scratch in my car that’s the whole reason for the soap and the bubbles is to carry the Dirt away I’ll be canceling my subscription immediately and going to Quick Quack,,
  Just a quick update on my review I canceled clean freak joins Quick Quack I’m a frequent flyer haha for $22 a month you get the full service wash with Will Shine wheel service undercarriage scrub I was paying $25 a month and I was not getting all those services with clean freak all the equipment at Quick Quack is brand new and they have very knowledgeable staff

  Very bad costumer service! You can never get a hold of the manager. I kept calling everyday and they never answer, they don’t return the emails (and employee at the location said he won’t even look at them) I had cancel one of my memberships over the phone and they never sent an email confirmation so they charged me two months before I realized, after almost a month o trying to contact the manager (who they said was the only one able to give a refund) he was very rude and didn’t even try to help. There is no 1800 number or nobody that can help. I’ve used clean freak since 2013 but after this I’m really considering cancelling my membership.

  This car wash is my favorite it cleans my car well and the vacuums towels and air fresheners are amazing!

  I do want to add that there was a worker there this morning all by himself and he was doing an excellent job. Very calm and polite even though I am sure he was very stressed to be the only worker. I didn’t catch his name but he sure deserves some recognition for his dedication to his job and ability to keep calm and professional no matter the situation.

  Absolutely love this team and their service!!!! I pass two other superstar locations in commute on my way home from work but I always bypass them and make sure I come here to Steve. From the first time I came in Steve and his team members presented immaculate customer service.   The manager Steven Is exceptional in customer service… He is professional, friendly, and helped me when I locked my phone and keys in my truck when wiping down my doors. He got me into my truck quickly and was careful with my vehicle. So thankful!

  Seems like all they did was shampoo the seats, put it through the automated car wash and clear the lights. Not worth 200$, i will never come back. If anyone sees this and knows a guy who actually DETAILS your car please give me their number cause this place is NOT it.   This is my view 1st time using Mr Roye’s Carroll ACTIONAZ Detailing on my Van, and All I can Say is He did his Thang and more extra…
  These after picture doesn’t show justice enough (I forgot to take before pics of 2 years of billed up needed cleaning) of how great a cleaning was done in detail. His hands on detailing is the personal touch literally. He did what is called Acid Wash that made my outer Van that looked beige turned back to white! He even was able to make my dull and dry tires black and shiny as well my rims.
  Note: Mr. Roye had detailed my husband Honda and did a great job enhancing his car also.
  I so appreciate the time Mr. Roye has taken on my Van, satisfaction guaranteed. He has fair price and honest attitude. I recommend him for the care of anyone automobile.

  Did the drive thru wash and my car came out great. Used vacuums before hand work well. Gentlemen at entrance was really helpful in answering all my questions. They do have auto detail options also with much more affordable prices then other places. Will for sure be returning.
