  Car wash busted my back windshield and did $5k worth of body damage to my truck. This was over 3 weeks ago and I haven’t seen a dime yet and have been getting nowhere with site contacts or corporate ever since. Save yourself a headache and do not do business with this car wash.

  There are 3 locations near me and the one on Michigan ave is great! They get 5 stars. The floor mat cleaner isn’t neglected and they do their best to keep the vacuums unclogged. The other 2 locations are seriously lacking. One doesn’t even have a floor Matt cleaner and the one that does is always filthy.

  On 2/7/23 I drove my rental car through Zips Car Wash on Ninth Ave. before returning it. The employee who was to help me straighten the vehicle and put my wheel on the track seemed very nonchalant and uncaring from the beginning. At the start of the wash I heard something on the left side of the car and the employee “helping” me even looked down but told me to continue. I continued and every now and then I would hear a sound on the left side of the vehicle. When I came out of the wash I went to the vacuum area only to discover that the front left hubcap was missing and the back one was cracked. I panicked because this was a rental car and there were pictures taken before I left with the vehicle so I knew the hubcaps were in perfect condition. I went to the gentleman working and he walked through and found the hubcap at the end of the car wash but it was cracked in many places. It was broken. He managed to at least attach it back to the car for me. I told the other employee working I wanted to file a claim and he told me there was no use, that the company would do nothing about it. I chatted with them for a minute but the two employees working simply did not care and did not want to do whatever was needed for me to file a claim. I left the car wash and turned the car in a few hours later. I ended up having to pay $55 for a whole new set of hubcaps for the vehicle. I will NEVER use this wash again and I will definitely be sure to warn others. I understand things happen and that plastic hubcaps are just that, plastic. However, the lack of professionalism and customer service is what really bothered me. I work for a law firm and I realize that this is minimal damage. It would be too much trouble to do anything legally and the car wash is obviously aware of that and doesn’t care if things like this happen. Luckily the rental company was good to me and I wasn’t out of pocket any more than what I was, but it was enough. Just be warned……..If damage occurs they are not going to help.

  I was dissatisfied with the quality of the car was. I purchased the expensive one. $21 for a 1 minute car wash. I showed the attendant how dirty it was after car wash was done and he let me go through it again. Not much improvement. Vacuumed car afterwards and area was dirty. There were no Towels or cleaning supplies. I was surprised that it had such good reviews after my experience.

  Staff is always very friendly. Sometimes the tire shine doesn’t work but if you talk to the staff they often will give you some. I’ve just learned to keep some in my suburban. Everything else is perfect and always willing to help if it’s not

  They tried to make me give them a 5 star review in order to wash my car a SECOND time since the first time my car was still very visibly dirty. I also didn’t pay for the cheapest wash so very disappointed.

  Tina Roy was wonderful. The only reason I’m writing this review is because she was kind.

  Here’s my beef, I come to the carwash and pay for the unlimited washes so I can get in and out. Not to be bombarded with questions and requests for reviews before I even wash my car. Then I get up to the car wash finally and the attendant is on his phone unaware of my presence. He then poorly guides my car into the car wash.

  Zips, why are you making your poor workers harass people for reviews. Shame on you.

  My wife and I purchased a brand new 2022 Tesla model 3 for our daughter. We drove from Miami to Pensacola and obviously wanted to get the bugs off the car. This is where we met Daniel at Zips car wash on N Davis Road. At 8:30 AM we were greeted with a pleasant smile and drenched with hospitality. Excellent, friendly service now off to get the BOW. ZIPS is the Best. Highly recommend!

  I drove through the car wash that seems to get smaller with each visit. Not actual size, obviously the building can’t shrink, but there are less equipment types washing my car.
  I still pay the same but it keeps changing services. I get it’s a boring job but you have the job so make the best of it, smile at customers, do your job properly not halfway.

  I use this car wash all the time while in my work van. The employees at this location are always very nice and pay attention to detail. De (the site manager) and Jeremy are usually in the mornings and both are great to talk to and enjoy their jobs. Highly recommend.

  Plenty of better options than this spot. The “dry” towels to wipe the windows and vehicle stay damp 24/7 no air hose also. Called to cancel membership the employee said he processed the cancelation, 3 weeks later got charged. Called customer service they canceled the membership and sent confirmation email. If you want to clean your vehicle right and have decent service go anywhere else.

  Amazing experience! Super kind attendant. He thoroughly brushed my car at the beginning and then I went through the wash. Everything was well kept and taken care of. Seemed like the outside of the car stayed cleaner longer… maybe a better soap than other washes? I only paid for the $10 wash.

  Great automatic car wash. As a former employee of such a carwash I can say it cleans better than most. Vacuum’s do lose pressure when busy, but at non peak hours they have great suction. Unlimited car wash club is definitely the way to go since you can wash your car daily if you want for the same price as 2 washes would cost you. De, the young lady working the tunnel was amazing. She went above and beyond and by her performance alone I’d give 10 stars.
