  I like the flexibility of having a monthly membership, keeps costs lower than paying per wash. With a membership you can wash your car everyday if you want.

  This particular location needs to do better with the suction power on their vacuums and level of quality for their wash. Car isn’t dry enough when sign says go. Other locations don’t have this issue.

  Update on 07/09/2022 after six months still no better. I have the highest membership but the vacuums and dryer don’t work well at this location ☹️ the workers are great here. Very welcoming and helpful. Daniel attended to my service.

  Marcie was extremely helpful. & attentive. Not only did she help me with my vehicle, but also approach me politely in a friendly manner and asked how my day was going and showed a good concern on making sure I left with an impressive impressionable leave. She was very happy and satisfied with her work environment and team!

  Charlotte is by far the best customer service representative you have here at quick quack car wash in Desert Hot Springs. She is polite attentive extremely kind goes above and beyond and if it was up to me I would give her a raise or a promotion because she truly deserves it.
  Also we use the service anywhere from 1 to 3 times a day and I truly mean it when I say that Charlotte is by far your best customer service representative I just wanted to reiterate that because she really deserves at least a raise.   Veronica and Daniel are always VERY HELPFUL, and always VERY attentive to not only my needs, but noticed other customers’ needs as well. Very thoughtful and helpful.

  I’ve been a member of the monthly Quick Quack Car Wash membership for almost a year now and have been coming very frequently. This location in Rancho Mirage has always been clean, timely, and made such an easy drive through experience to get my cars washed. All in all it’s thanks to great staff like Morgan and Jerry who check you in and get you into the car wash without any problems! Will continue to keep coming here over and over again.   Every time I go to this car wash they are so kind, informative, and always trying to find the best deal for me. They always suggest the best air fresheners. And they always have a smile on their face. I’ve been to so many carwashes where they don’t even look at you. Even the person that’s rinsing your car as you enter the car wash rinses your car and watches what they’re doing they’re not staring off into space just wetting your wheels. I’m really impressed with the site.

  The main reason I am giving this location 5 stars is because of their employees. Noel, Jerry and Robert are so wonderful every time I go in the evening. They’re all so helpful and excellent workers. As an elderly, they always help vacuum and dry my vehicle.

  Robert did such a great job helping me dry my vehicle after the wash (I had no idea this was even a thing until he came and helped without asking). I love this car wash! My favorite in the desert, everyone is so friendly.

  Came today and the lady that checked me in was so rude when I was trying to explain that the plates were on the window, she kept asking if it was on the Vin which I didn’t understand and I kept pointing to the very large license plate on the front window. Finally she checks me then then asks if they’re on the back and I said no which is why I was letting her know they’re on the front.
  Then the lady who us supposed to guide me on the ramp, asks me to stop before I can go on so she can spray, and doesn’t help me correctly so I have to stop and reverse.
  Keep in mind there are 3 of them standing there and the trash cans are full. This will be my last time at that specific place. So sad.

  This quick quack location is my preferred car wash place. I am an unlimited car wash member. The check in workers are amazingly friendly and always nice. They’re fast and of course i love the complimentary vacuums are always a plus! Thank you to Vanessa for my free car airfresheners. .

  I usually just go to the gas station to get a car wash, but when I came to this quick quack my whole perspective changed. I was greeted by so many friendly employees! Jake in particular was super friendly and even made my day better with some funny jokes! I will be coming back to this car wash everytime I need one from now on! 10/10

  I really appreciate the convenience of Quick Quack Car Wash. I purchased the monthly package which I feel is so worth it. Its nice to have a clean car and they make it so easy to get you in and out. Today I was greeted by Nicholas and he was very pleasant. The employees are always smiling and welcoming. I feel I made a great investment.
