  My husband and I have the $39.99 monthly subscriptions for our cars and usually go at least once a week. The wash does a pretty good job but the dryer could use a little improving. There is a blow dryer but then the dry cloths that rotate over the vehicle get saturated and leave wet marks/smears. If the vacuums get clogged with debris, you can grab an attendant and they are happy to help out. Overall we are pleased with the car wash subscription.

  Best self service car wash in the area. They do a nice job spraying the exterior before the vehicle enters the wash and the the actual wash does a great job as well. They have a nice area to detail and vacuum and provide towels to dry along with window and all purpose cleaner. The vacuums work great and they also have air for you to clean vents and the dashboard

  The attendant was observant in guiding me onto the track and did all the per-cleaning before going through the car was. The was itself was in good order as it has been for the past few months that I have been using it. The vacuum in all of the stations were working and towels to dry and wipe down the car were available. The lot was clean and easy to navigate.

  I love this car wash. It really makes my truck shine. The staff is friendly but Debbie, is one of the nicest one’s around. If I have a problem, she’s right one it. I have two of my cars signed up washes. Keep up the great job.

  I have always loved this car wash, and would go out of my way to use it. What I was unaware of is the fact that they will not cover damages caused by the car wash, if your vehicle is over 7 years old! The air dryer is very strong, and ripped my overhead 3rd brake light completely off! The manager stated that there is a disclaimer sign that states that they will not cover damages to vehicles over 7 years old. I personally have not seen this sign, and never expected damages from a car wash! This car wash would of cost as much as $800 for repairs, but thankfully my husband is handy, and ordered the part for $400. I wanted to share my experience so others are aware. If I had known this, I would never of used the car wash! My daughter also said that the air dryer was so strong tgat it made her new vehicles sunroof leak.

  I’m so happy to say that my 1st time here pleasant experience. not familiar with how things work I met Melvin one of the checkers who was pretty detailed how they worked. Just talking to him I thought he was the manager. Nonetheless I was pleased how my car looked. No complaints. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience . Not only Was I pleased with the nice cool comfortable waiting room but the price was very affordable for me.

  Once again I am impressed by the excellent customer service that Mega Auto Spa renders its customers. Due to replacement of my windshield my RFID didn’t work and I paid to get my car washed even though I am on a monthly plan (a great value by the way). After the wash I went in an the manager immediately refunded my money for today’s wash and replaced the RFID on my windshield while being very friendly and engaging. I cannot allow an episode of excellence in customer service to pass by with comment. Mega Auto Spa is an outstanding business!

  I was shocked at how clean they got the inside of my car, looks and smells brand new! They got all the beach sand, which was everywhere, completely out. Also all the mess of kids and our goldendoddle were cleaned spotless. Staff was very polite and friendly and the lounge inside has the most comfortable seat. Very impressed with them.

  It’s unfortunate to spend $50, the best package on your menu that you offer, and to get service as if it was a $10 service.

  Y’all left leaves and debris in the trunk trim area, around a few of the door jambs, and didn’t even blow out the leaves where the windshield and the hood meet.

  I’m going to guess that it is the reason of COVID and/or staff shortage. When it really comes down to improperly trained employees or a company that just does not care about their consumers. It’s very sad and disappointing

  They do a great job for based on price, speed and consistency no matter which one I go to. Some Autobells run a much tighter ship and are always moving with a sense of urgency and some are a bit more lax at their time management. But over all one of the best car wash places with a good selection of monthly plans.

  My mom and I just went through this car wash and when we came out we noticed scratches on the hood of the cat that hadn’t been there before we entered. We talked to a manager and he denied our claim. Really disappointed, as this is a car wash we’ve frequented for years. We plan to reach out to corporate to hopefully resolve this issue.
