  Not a bad place overall except that I got stuck by a needle sticking out of the vacuum hose right where your hand grabs it and I paid for the $20 ceramic package and my tires came out blotchy on one side and literally half done (see pics) on the other. Staff was nice tho👍

  Don’t even bother. The $15 wash includes tire detailing. Let’s just say it’s a waste of money. The tire shine is more on the rim then the actual tire.

  Best car vacuums in all of New Orleans. They’re so good you can literally make your car look brand new after a few visits if you try hard. Bring a towel, scrub brush and soap to complete the full Car detail. Give this place 100% particularly because of the Super friendly staff. Couldn’t recommend it more

  We arrived just before closing. Had been traveling and wanted to remove the road kill that had accumulated on our travel van. Very nice customer service. We would return if we were ever in town again.

  Wash is good when it’s open. Decent prices and free vacuuming.

  But it feels like every other time I go it’s closed early or closed for the day. I’m assuming maintenance? But why is it so often? Who knows. I have a membership and it feels like I can’t even use the car wash when I want. I haven’t had this issue with other car washes in the past.

  I’ve been using pelican points fast pass for over 6 months now with no issues. When I went to this location to use my fastpass I was stopped by an employee stating I couldn’t wash my truck because of my camper top(the same camper top I’ve always had). The employee said I could talk to the manager about it. The manager never came out of the office to talk to me about the issue they sent another employee to basically say the same thing.
  The main benefit I use the pelican pass for is that you can use it at any location. Clearly this is not the case and I’ll be canceling mine.

  It was my first time at this car wash so I got the ‘best’ package. The only way I can tell my car was washed is the lines of dirt left all over the place. I definitely do not recommend.

  I always go here but today the Claiborne team went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I drive through a terrifying bug swarm on the Causeway last night. They let me go through the wash twice and scrubbed my car before each. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. Seriously great customer service!

  I love this place! I have been a loyal customer for many years. This location is new, but run by the same owners of the carwash that’s located right next door. The staff is friendly! Jennifer (I believe) is amazing! They offer fast and friendly service using premium products. Class A facility! Just be careful when approaching the tracks (rims) that will pull your vehicle through the carwash. 99.9% of the staff does a great job at guiding you forward. The big guy… well… just be sure before you proceed. I would recommend this place to my best of my friends and anyone who “takes pride in their ride”. Look at the shine! A product of what they have to offer! I hope that this review is helpful!
