  If there is a line for oil change.. it is WORTH that wait!! Excellent service, they make sure to take care of you and I was done in less than 20 minutes. Keith and Adam were amazing! I will be going back!

  Loved the place till part of my bumper came off and they told me because it came off in the dryer it’s not their fault 🤔 but besides that it’s a gud car wash went at least 10 times a month now ill b hand washing my cars from now on

  Good for a quick cheap wash but won’t get your car fully clean. Still had dirt around sides of car on doors and looked like it didn’t even touch the areas under doors. Paid for the one with underbody and wheel clean. Automated car washes can only do so much though. Like I said, it’s good for a quick wash if your car isn’t really dirty.

  I’ve been going there for several years now and I’ve never had a problem with their services. For a top notch wash you will end up paying about $15, but they do offer monthly fees and you can wash as many times as you like. It’s a lot cheaper that way.

  The car I’m driving now is the first new car I ever purchased but through the years, although I consider myself to be reasonably neat, and no matter how often I cleaned it, it never looked new. I just had a fantastic experience at West Allis Car Wash on Hwy 100. They detailed my car in the same day. When I went to pick it up and they pointed to where my car was…. I truly did not recognize it as my own. I thought the car belonged to someone else. It looked like the day I bought it. Please patronize this great small business, your car will look like new and you’ll be glad you visited!

  I had my 2012 Toyota mini van detailed by them and they did a fantastic job! It was filthy with dog hair and a battery acid stain in the hatch which they got out completely. This vehicle had not been cleaned in 3-4 years so it was very dirty. It took them most of the day. But it was worth it. I plan to not only take it back for detailing but also use their full service car wash. The staff was very professional and friendly as well. Highly recommend them!

  West Allis Full Service Carwash is a JOKE! They have sign that say they do vacuum the interior with car wash. Then you pay for that service, and when it’s time to get in your Van, then you notice the carpet vacuuming wasn’t done. You ask why? Then they tell you they don’t move the seats to get to the 1st. 2nd, and 3rd row of your vehicle. How can you NOT move the seats to vacuum the interior carpet? They need to take the Full Service out of their business name. This establishment is a Full Service Joke. You just lost a 8 van fleet to your bottom line, and your competitor down the street, FSCW of New Berlin just got my business. They will move the seat to vacuum interior with the price of the car was.

  Paid for the deluxe wash. Still had dirt on back of vehicle. Wheel wells still dirty. Paid for tire dressing but there’s no sheen at all to the tires, so it seems like it was skipped. Value seemed no different than going to the gas station for less than half the cost.

  I’ve been going to Scub a Dub for all of my oil changes & car washes for several years & unfortunately had a bad experience recently at this location. I was getting my vehicle washed & since i had a kayak rack i had asked that the top brush be deactivated. I was told yes it would be but it wasn’t. The brush pulled the rack off & severely damaged my roof & windshield. The manager Mario was very nice & sincerely apologetic. Kevin who is in charge of claims said sorry but no we won’t be covering that $3,400 in damage. I will be finding a new place to give business.

  I had my oil changed at this location today and Adam was wonderful! I’m always unnecessarily anxious for oil changes from previous experiences, but he was very kind and overall has amazing customer service. Will definitely return for future oil changes! Thank you!
