  After the debacle at St. Matthews car wash I decided to look for another car wash that would keep my car looking clean and I found this one.

  For your do it yourself they have prices from about $7 to $22. I chose the $19 option which does everything but some type of ceramic protection which I was not sure what that was and didn’t think I needed it. There was a line but it moved fairly quickly and I was in and out of the car wash in about two minutes.

  After the wash and as I drove out I noticed they have a large number of do it yourself vacuums, all of which are free. It looks like they have maybe 20 bays and I had no trouble locating one and vacuuming my car. I have to say that the vacuum was extremely powerful. I had to lift it up a little from the carpet in order to get just enough airflow to improve the suction. It was so strong that if I let it stay on top of the carpet it wouldn’t do near as much as my method. What they need are some small holes at the end of the nozzle to help give a little airflow as your vacuum. But nevertheless they were excellent and they even have a spot to hang your mats and vacuum them each separately outside of the car.

  They also have a detail service that will clean your car inside and out. I don’t know if it’s something that you wait for and come back to pick up or if you hang around. There may be some type of waiting area to sit down, catch up on your email on your phone or perhaps watch TV if they have one. If they don’t have one of these they ought to look into investing in something like this. I did notice that they have a list of those prices for a full detailed car wash when I paid for my car wash but do not recall the price and I unfortunately did not take a picture.

  All in all I was very happy with the facility and the cleanliness, and the free vacuums was certainly a nice touch. I will be back probably at the end of the snow season or sooner.

  This is how my car looked afterwards. I paid for the best package for cleaning in and out, no one there guided me on what to do, where to go, looked at me like I was crazy when I said I wanted the inside cleaned out, finally showed them my receipt and even then confusion and I walked into the waiting area was there at least 5 minutes before anyone started working on my car. Just very poor communication overall between employees, and you see the results of the wash. Disappointed.

  Not very pleased with my car wash from here yesterday. I usually get the mid grade wash, but I decided to get the 18 dollar lava wash. Since I didn’t have time to dry my car fully before I left (I keep microfiber towels with me just for this) I drove home on the other side of town. When I got out to see how it looked I was very disappointed with the over all appearance. The wheel cleaning and tire dressing application were very inconsistent, which had never been a problem before. Also the remaining amount of road grime in certain areas just astonished me, especially on the rear of my car. I will be returning to see 👀 if they can rectify this the next time I’m over that way.

  I bought the $30 package with the understanding that the interior would be wiped down as well as the windows cleaned and vacuumed. The outside of the car as well as the windows look good, I’m pleased with that but the interior was not touched at all. And the vacuuming is mediocre at best. Not sure if whoever had my car today was having an off day or what but my sister and my dad both frequently use this location and have not had the same sorry experience that I did. Not worth $30 when I have to now go home and finish what I paid to be done.

  I am editing my initial review to 1 star because when I got home to finish cleaning the interior of my car I discovered that they did not even move the floor mats to vacuum. Other than the windows, my interior was essentially not touched. To say I am furious is a complete understatement. I wish there was something to do to get my money back. Never again. Never.

  I went to location on a Friday evening before Halloween, just to have my car washed before the weekend and as luck would have it my plans were to get a car wash and go get something to eat before returning home for the evening. I pulled up and they were offering chili dogs, chips, drinks, and a full size candy bar! Well, if I wasn’t convinced enough that this is the best car wash facility for me is, I pulled in and out runs the manager passing out Hot Cocoa and then a couple of visits later they gave me a winter beanie!
  Now, that’s the type of business I will be committed too; as they’re committed to me, my car, and my overall satisfaction!
  Where do they do that at? Well, I will tell you, none other than the Speed Car Wash in Fern Creek, KY!

  Decent car wash that dries the car fairly well. Free vacuuming however I found that the only nozzle they had was one that was fairly wide so if you’re looking to get into the little nooks and crannies between the seats in the console or a little tight areas this won’t work well for you. Suction is excellent however. Some of the other car washes in town do you have different size vacuum nozzles. I also found that when I was trying to vacuum my trunk area the hose for the vacuum barely reached to the back of the car so I ended up going through the front of the car on the SUV to the rear to get to some of the spots.

  Service was decent. Before the car wash they used a pressure washer to spray some of the front of the car and the sides but didn’t spend much time doing that and then the car went promptly through the wash so I don’t think it really helped all that much.

  First time here and wasn’t impressed. My car wasn’t extremely dirty but i thought I’d go through a wash to make it sparkle And remove some highway dirt.

  I thought I’d have a great wash as I haven’t ever seen any local places spray your car prior to the wash.

  Paid for the ultimate and it did nothing.

  Still dirt on my trunk lid, that came off with a towel after I left the wash 🙁

  Tires had brake dust still left all over them.

  Tire shine did not stick to tires.

  Dog drool was still left on my exterior car window as well.

  We just moved to this area and I came across Thomas Car wash. While I typically like a full service wash, 95% of time time I only need an exterior wash. So, I gave Thomas’s a try. Boy was I pleased. The wash was excellent, the drying system was better than I expected and my car came out clean

  Then I found out that for a very low monthly cost, I could get unlimited washes for both of our cars. Sign me up! Now, my cars are clean ALL the time with a no hassle excellent car wash that’s fast and efficient.

  I used to live in this area so I stopped here coincidentally. I really liked it, but when I moved I tried other places out by me. None of them were as good, or they charged a ton to use the vacuums, and 1 even almost scratched up my car. That was 5 years ago and I still drive 20 minutes to go here instead of anywhere else by me. I get the middle wash option ($15) and I seem to get a good clean each time. They have plenty of free vacuums and even when it’s busy I’ve never had trouble getting into 1. I also love that they have an area with a pressure washer to clean floor mats, and I’ve even used it for the plastic part of my kid’s booster seat. Definitely recommend.

  I live less than two miles from this car wash. Paid for the best one they have and my car looks the same as when it came out. The doors are the only parts that got cleaned. Wasted $21. The rain does a better job.

  This is a drive thru car wash The gentleman that helped with the service was very helpful ! He explained to me I could save money by buying a month long wash It was good until December 9
  I believe. But what he failed to tell me that I found out on my receipt that I would be charged EVERY month until I canceled. So I’m guess I’ll try it for awhile

  So a few months back I paid for one of the top dollar car washes after traveling and unlike any other time I’ve been there my car just did not really come clean. I sent an email to the company and the general manager Adam reached out to me and told me to come back in for a free car wash,well I was finally able to remit that car wash today and the customer service experience is outstanding! They were amazing on getting every nook and cranny that they could and just really taking care of me so I want to thank you Mr. Adam Boyd for your wonderful customer service and for the gentleman at the carwash for being so detail-oriented definitely use them!!!

  After getting an amazing wash done, my husband used my car. Well I guess the birds were mad at where he parked and made it their “dumping ground” All I could was laugh at the irony of it.
