  The service quality has severely diminished. I have a membership that’s paid monthly but the tire shine never works properly. Today tires were shined on one side and DRY on the opposite side. I’ve complained before but it’s inconsistent. Hit & miss. Some days it works and other days it doesn’t. Some of the vacuum machines work perfectly and others have very little suction. Both automatic windshield tag readers need repair and the membership is $24.99. I’m ready to cancel and join another company. This is extremely disappointing!

  Car looked like new! The team cleaned my car to perfection. Don is charging $25 to go through car wash another $25 to have interior wiped down & vacuumed. Total $50. $35 would be more reasonable, we aren’t talking detailed here.

  Price start to get unaffordable. I hate that tire shine. I know I can tell them to not activate it but I forget. Slings goo up and down my cad and I have to manually remove.

  I pulled up to the car wash they have an excellent station to remove love bugs… When I arrived I realize that I forgot to take the luggage carrier off the top of my car which would not allow me to go through the car wash the attendant was super helpful noticed it before I did and went and helped me take it off.. even carried it to a safe place while I washed my car then when I finished and I was vacuuming he brought it back to me and help me put it back on great job… I’ll definitely be back

  I have always gone to Dons Car Wash and will continue no matter where it is located. I have always gone on Ryan street then started doing oil changes and washes on Nelson Road for all of my automobiles. I just got free coupon on McNeese and really happy with my car wash, the car wash has lots of room and I love the area where I can get the bugs off and clean my tires if I want to prior to my Wash.

  This Don’s location is not what it once was. It’s now a terrible automated car wash that you sit through. My truck and in particular the windows are still dirty. There was no one there to towel dry and the vacuums weren’t set up. Worst $18 I’ve spent in awhile. I’m having to drive to another place to clean and vacuum the interior.

  Save your money … we purchased the Express “best” package which is $18.00. Honestly your better off going somewhere to pay less than $5.00 and doing it yourself. You have to dry the car off yourself. We’ve been to other carwashes and even though they are considered “express” and not member or vip car washes they dry your car after you get it washed with them. They have vacuums you can use for free but only after a wash. Save your money and go somewhere else!

  They didn’t do very good for the money I paid them. They didn’t even detail it as it was to be. I am so disappointed and upset that they did so poorly. Smears every where and gobs of armorol hooped in the inside. Wow wouldn’t reccomend. I would’ve post the inside but my hummer is currently being redone by someone. Don’t waist your money if your wanting a excellent detail job.

  I was charged for something I never paid for I only spent 10$ 8 for the wash 3 for the self wash i look at my bank and It has a 33$ charge i have no way in getting in contact with this place so i called my bank will not come back after this don’t recommend
