  So this is the second time in a year that I have been less than satisfied with the services provided. So that’s 2/2!
  This location is definitely not providing the same quality service they did when they first opened.

  So I paid the most expensive wash both times when I went. The 1st trip I had to go through the wash twice Bc I wasn’t given a “tag.” The 2nd trip I got a “tag” the attendant looked at it and acknowledged it then provided the same subpar service.

  I know the argument is that with Covid everyone is short staffed…. This was not the case, the establishment was open, two guys were working the drive in area. One barely passed the scrub brush on the trunk of the car the other guy misted very sparingly and pushed a button. Neither of which provided the services folks are paying for. That’s not understaffed that’s lazy staff.

  The reason that everyone is having to re input their financial information is because the business has been sold to new owners. Be aware of this.

  Nothing has changed that I can tell but selling out normally comes with changes that are not good. We shall see because this place does have the best price membership for full service car washes.

  Amazed today! I visit Classic Auto Spa once a week. Facility is clean and I always receive good service. This week when I presented my USAA credit card the attendant asked me if I am a veteran. Of course I was surprised. She proceeded to inform me that the owners are recognizing customers that have served our country. I do not know the owners but I suspect they are patriots.

  EDIT: I’m switching this to a four star review now that the review has been responded to promptly. I’m not trying to hurt this business. I know how these can effect the image of the business as I work for a local small business and have responded to reviews myself. To be honest 90 percent of the time I have no problems here. As it is if i see this girl at the window again I’m only going to be put in a bad mood, as the damage has been done. I just don’t want to have this experience ever again if I come back here.

  The attendant at the window caught an attitude with me today. Chloe according to my receipt. I went though the wash and the machine did not give the triple foam and tire shine. So I go back to the window and ask for them to fix it. She argues saying that the tire shine doesn’t get put on in the wash, which is incorrect the machine that applies it is pictured on attached photos at the end. Every time in the past they have put tire shine on in the actual wash. You can tell it’s there before the other employees come around to touch it up at the vacuums. She didn’t even address the missing triple foam during the wash. She just brushed me of as an annoyance and even had a smirk on her face as she told me to move into the wash. All I could think about when going through the wash the second time Is about all of the money I have spent at this place over the years and the fact the just a couple months ago I gave these people 210 dollars to detail this same vehicle (50 detail + 80 upholstery shampoo + 80 carpet shampoo). I don’t know if I’m going to come back here. I might as well call a mobile detailer to come and clean my car at work in the parking lot. It sure in the heck will be easier on me doing that instead.

  Chipped my car’s paint and couldn’t even give me a full refund. Came for a car wash. Picked the $30 full service which is interior and exterior washing. When they were done they told me they could do a detailing to get the black off the top of my car. When they were done I noticed my handles had been stripped of paint significantly. Not just one on handle but on all four. Not to mention the black spots were still there. When I told the manager what had happened all he offered me was the $20 back for the detailing even when I asked for the full $50 politely. I have an old car so I wasn’t upset about the messed up paint, I was upset I still had to pay for it.

  I normally don’t leave reviews but this one is a must, I went by Todd’s today and purchased the $30 wash and I wasn’t the happiest when I left. My cars rims were still very dirty I had water spots on the car that had never been wiped, and my windows had streak marks it was just a rushed job and I was highly upset and will never return, and not to mention the guy wiping the car down broke the center cap of my rim. My first mind was not to go but I thought let me give this place a try, do not walk but run from this place.

  When I pay for something I would expect a better job. This is after I went back the first time. I was told for $5.00 more everything in black will get wiped down. Well… it didn’t.

  Just left from getting my Jeep washed where I got the carpets shampooed, leather seats conditioned inside cleaned as well as the wash so I sent quiet a bit of money. At quick glance everything looked ok but as soon as I started looking was a bit a very good job. Aside from that, someone took my iPhone auxiliary adapter. The woman at the front desk said she would look at the cameras and get back to me. For the amount that I spent this is sub par quality.

  WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!
  I honestly could’ve did a better job myself or gotten someone’s uncle for a third of the cost. There’s no reason for my dogs fur to still be in the car after I paid for the expensive detailing service.
  Then when I pointed out the excessive fur still lingering I was told ‘oh it should’ve been taken care of before it got to detailing’ I even asked for a towel so I could get it off myself. Then the guy proceeded to clean it properly AFTER I pointed it out, which you can see clear as day. Idc whose job it is, it was supposed to be done right.

  Outside is still filthy as if it was ONLY just rinsed off! I’m lividdddd. After reading previous reviews not sure why this place is even still open.

  The absolute most rude employees and car wasn’t even clean…went here to get my inside detailed and carpet’s shampooed… I think the guy who took the order was the first rude one, the second guy who accepted my money was even ruder.. when I finally got to my car my console and glove compartment were all rifled through.. cause my keys were handed to me and they were in the bottom of my console 2 things were taken out of my console and my car looked like shit…the guy who cleaned my car told me he wiped all of my seats which was a lie because I went there because I spilled a pink daiquiri on my seat and passenger side.. well the pink stuff is still there!! I waited there for 2 1/2 hours for what?? my grandchildren could have done a better job.. WILL NOT GO BACK… I didn’t even get my air freshener… very DISAPPOINTED!!

  I bought the Ambassador car wash which includes vacuuming inside, cleaning windows inside and out, armor all on the dash, wash and hand dry. They did a great job very through. I would definitely use them again.
